Flamengo and Olimpia (PAR) face each other this Thursday (10), at 9 pm at the Defensores Del Chaco stadium. The return match will be valid for the round of 16 of the Libertadores. The repercussion of the game between the teams continues at full steam in Paraguay. One of the greatest idols, and winner of the international competition with Olimpia in 2002, Ricardo Tavarelli, commented on what to do to irritate and expel Gabigol.

The former goalkeeper and idol had a reputation as a “provocateur” at Olimpia, he mentioned as a tip for the current cast players to try to destabilize the Rubro Negro striker. Ricardo claims that he would make a “Gabigol sandwich”, if he had the opportunity. He says he would try to find out two or three things about the player's personal life and would squeeze him like a sandwich.

“I, with Gabigol, would make the party, kick him out after three minutes. I start to discover two, three things in his life and I would squeeze him like a Gabigol sandwich. He is a very irritable and emotionally unstable player. I remember watching the 2019 final, between Flamengo and River, he was expelled for making a gesture to Gallardo (River's coach at the time)", said Ricardo Tavarelli, former idol player of Olimpia.

Focused on the confrontation, Gabigol and the Rubro Negro cast finalized the preparation for the match later on. The game will be at 9 pm and will only be broadcast on the closed ESPN channel.
