This Wednesday (23), Flamengo visits Red Bull Bragantino in a match valid for the 16th round of the Brazilian Championship. The clash takes place at 9:30 pm, at Cícero de Souza Marques Stadium, in Bragança Paulista, with live broadcast on TV Globo for most of the country .

The European transfer window has been closed since early August, but Flamengo almost saw another former player play in the Premier League . Manchester United made an official offer for goalkeeper Kauã Santos , but it was unsuccessful.
According to the German newspaper Bild Sport, the English club was turned down by Eintracht Frankfurt , who set a price of 25 million euros (approximately R$156.3 million) to release the player . As the request was considered high, the English club abandoned the deal and opted to sign Belgian Senne Lammens, formerly of Royal Antwerp.

Having qualified for the Copa Libertadores semifinals, Flamengo will face Racing (ARG), who returned to this stage of the tournament after 28 years . The president of the Argentine club, Diego Milito, highlighted the importance of this historic moment and previewed the duel against Rubro-Negro.
