Fluminense announced the signing of left-back Renê, 32 years,former Flamengo playerwho was at Internacional. Currently free on the market after not renewing with Colorado, he signed a two-year contract with the Laranjeiras team.
Renê arrives to replace Diogo Barbosa, who did not renew with Fluminense and agreed with Fortaleza. He received proposals from other clubs in Série A of the Brasileirão, but Tricolor's proved to be more financially and sportingly advantageous — due to the Club World Cup dispute.
