A joint effort organized by 'Torcida Urubuzada' will be taking place between Monday and Thursday to have a beautiful party this weekend

Flamengo is in Colombia, where they are preparing to face Millonarios (COL) this Tuesday (02), in the debut of the Libertadores da América. Meanwhile, in Brazil, the red and black fans are putting on a party for the final of the Campeonato Carioca and organized a collective effort for the week of the decision.


Organized Fans 'Urubuzada' prepares 'rain' of shredded paper in the stands of Maracanã in return game of the Carioca final, against Nova Iguaçu. Therefore, the ‘Defensores do Manto’ carry out a joint effort to cut newspapers and magazines at the fans’ headquarters, which is located at Rua Barão de Iguatemi 204a. Therefore, meetings to set up the party will take place from Monday (01) to Thursday (04). Check the days and times of the joint effort:

Carla Ribeiro, president of Torcida 'Urubuzada', explained how the action will work. Furthermore, the red-black team asked the fans present at Maracanã on Saturday (07) to collaborate with the organization of the 'rain' of shredded paper.

"Anyone who has a newspaper and magazine at home, who works in a printing shop and can donate, all help is welcome. We will open the headquarters to cut up the papers and put them in the bags. I also ask the people who are going to the game to get in early and help us distribute the bags. We count on you, whether organized fans or not, all red and black people are welcome and included in this party", concluded Carla Ribeiro in an interview with Coluna do Fla.

The Carioca final between Flamengo and < a href="https://gazetadourubu.com/noticia/carlinhos-pode-jogar-pelo-flamengo-na-libertadores-entenda-a-situacao-do-novo-reforco" target="_blank">Nova Iguaçu, with the right to a party in the stands, will take place next Sunday (07), at 5pm (Brasília time), at Maracanã. It is worth mentioning that Rubro-Negro arrives with an advantage for the match, as they won the first game 3-0. However, before the decision, Clube da Gávea has another important commitment.
