According to O Globo Esporte, Tite pleases Botafogo, but the club will not enter the fight with Flamengo. Glorioso decided not to change its work methodology any further so as not to run the risk of losing the Brasileirão title. The idea is to keep interims Lúcio Flávio and Joel Carli.
Botafogo's decision not to enter the fight for coach Tite generated a lot of speculation in the world of football. After all, Tite is one of the most respected coaches in the country, with a successful career with the Brazilian national team and clubs like Corinthians. His arrival could have a big impact on the Rio team, but the club has other plans in mind.

Botafogo has adopted an approach more conservative in relation to its technical team. With the leadership of Lúcio Flávio and Joel Carli as interims, the team has demonstrated stability and positive results. The board believes that maintaining this continuity is essential to ensure solid performance throughout the season.

In addition, hiring a Renowned coach like Tite could create high expectations and additional pressure on the team. Botafogo is determined to avoid at all costs any distraction that could harm the players' performance on the field.
The current working methodology also proved to be effective, with the interim players demonstrating a deep understanding of the squad and an ability to extract the best from each player.

The stability provided by this approach has been one of the main reasons for Botafogo's success in the competition so far. However, the decision not to pursue Tite does not mean that Botafogo does not recognize his skills and merits as a coach. The club has great appreciation for him, but, at this moment, chooses to maintain the status quo to ensure the continuity of good results.

Botafogo fans, although may have dreamed of the possibility of Tite leading the team, they must understand the logic behind this decision. The club is focused on achieving its objectives and does not want to run the risk of destabilizing the team with sudden changes to the coaching staff.

No Ultimately, Botafogo is confident that the choice to keep Lúcio Flávio and Joel Carli as interims is the best for the moment. The club believes that, with this technical team, it has all the conditions to compete for the Brasileirão title and achieve the success desired by the fans.
Therefore, although Tite is a prominent name in the world of Brazilian football, he will not be part of Botafogo's command this season. The club will continue with its current methodology, hoping to reap the rewards of its decision to maintain stability and continuity in its coaching staff. The fans, in turn, must continue to support the team and trust that this choice is the best for Botafogo's future in the Brasileirão.

Period!”, published the mayor.
