The first round of the Female Superliga is arriving at end, and the clashes for the Brazil Volleyball Cup begin to take shape. Sesc Flamengo confirmed its participation in the tournament and will face Sesi Bauru in the quarterfinals. The only thing left to do is decide who will have the advantage in command of the court.
Currently, Flamengo occupies fourth position in the table, with 23 points, while Sesi Bauru is in fifth place, with 21 points. Sesi can still overtake Flamengo if they beat Maringáthis Sunday (22), in a game played at home. Third place, however, is already out of reach for both teams, as Osasco reached 26 points by defeating Brasília on Saturday, guaranteeing third place.
Court command decision
The team that finishes in fourth place will have the advantage of deciding the quarterfinals at home, as the phase will be played in a best of three game series. Therefore, the result of the match between Sesi Bauru and Maringá will be crucial to determine the commands.
The Brazilian Volleyball Confederation (CBV) will also publish the dates and times of the quarterfinal matches final, which should take place in January. The final phase, including the semifinals and the grand decision, will be played on February 8th and 9th, at Centro Multiuso de São José, in Santa Catarina.

Osasco's victory over Brasília defined the eight classified for the Copa Brasil. However, there is still a dispute between Maringá and Mackenzie for eighth place, which will determine the opponents of Dentil/Praia Clube (1st) and < b>Gerdau Minas (2nd) in the next phase.
