The pressure in a position like vice-president of football at one of the biggest clubs in Brazil is enormous. Marcos Braz was at the forefront of major decisions and participation in important negotiations that brought big names to the team. However, the intense routine and constant demands are factors that contribute to significant wear and tear. For those who follow the club's daily life, Braz's departure isn't exactly a surprise.

Braz , who has been at Flamengo since 2019, had a career marked by great achievements. Under his management, the Rio club won important titles, including the Brazilian Championship and the Copa Libertadores. However, success brings a load of responsibility and pressure that not everyone can bear for a long time.

MARCOS BRAZ  OPENS THE GAME

Managing a football club involves many challenges. Marcos Brazhas faced criticism and praise throughout his journey at Flamengo. Among the main criticisms are the hiring of players who did not perform as expected and the management of internal crises, such as the dismissal of coaches. The fans /a>, which is one of the most passionate in Brazil, also exerts constant pressure. Expectations are always high and, when the results do not match, demands are immediate. Braz dealt with all of this while seeking to maintain balance on and off the field.

With the departure of Marcos Braz, the question arises of who will assume the vice-presidency of football at Flamengo. Rodrigo Dunshee, the current candidate, is already being considered for the position. The transition must be planned carefully to ensure the club continues on a successful trajectory.
