Tirullipa was ordered by the Court to compensate the drag queen Halessia after a controversial episode that occurred at Farofa da Gkay, in 2022. The decision is this Tuesday (21). On that occasion, the comedian lowered the influencer's swim trunks without his consent during a game in a bathtub. In addition to Halessia, other people also took legal action against Turillipa for the same reason.
In the document, the Court ordered the comedian to pay the amount of R$25,000 for moral damages to the drag queen, after being maintained without the artist's knowledge. “Thus, by default, it is presumed that the defendant, in fact, lowered the author's swim trunks, without the latter's consent, during the execution of a game and while the author was immobilized, exposing his genitals to those present in the room. local and to a wide audience remotely, as the event was broadcast on television channels and streaming platforms”, says an excerpt from the sentence.
Turillipa had already been convicted in absentia after failing to defend himself in the process within the judicially stipulated period. Some time later, he spoke out asking for the case to be nullified. The argument, however, was rejected by the Court and the default was maintained. Now, the comedian will have to compensate Halessia in R$ 25 thousand, with monetary update calculated by the TJSP Table.
“I opened a case against this case that happened there in Farofa because I couldn't let it go blank, because someone who commits this once and goes blank will do it again”, said Halessia at the time.
Halessia said she felt embarrassed by the situation. “Imagine being in front of more than fifty people with their cell phones pointed at you, and you don't know if they are recording Stories, lives, videos, you don't know what's happening. People you know, people in the media, and someone goes there and pulls down their swim trunks in front of everyone? That is what happened. I felt very injured, very embarrassed. That day I felt really bad. I tried to kind of take it as a joke, put it aside because I didn't know what was happening, but it was something that shook me,” he said.

Oruam turned himself in to the police last Tuesday (22) after having an arrest warrant issued by the Court. Thus, this Wednesday (23), the rapper's fiancée, Fernanda Valença, spoke on her Instagram about the reaction of her father-in-law, Marcinho VP. The influencer highlighted that the singer's father "is not happy" with the indictment.
Oruam's bride talks about Marcinho VP's opinion: "Contrary to what many people think, my father-in-law is not happy about any of this news."
