The announcement of Tite's hiring as Flamengo's new coach was made this Monday (09) and the very next day (Tuesday - 10) the former coach of the Brazilian National Team went to Ninho do Urubu to meet the structure, the team that works there and having your first day of practice with the players. However, it has not been introduced yet.
Meanwhile, the club's president, Rodolfo Landim, is on vacation. Even worse, according to journalist Raísa Simplício, Flamengo's board is waiting for him to return from his rest period so that a date can be defined on which the club will receive the Press and present the coach.
Apparently, Landim will be back in Rio de Janeiro next week, so Tite should be presented by Mengão between the 17th and 18th, since on October 19th the cast already has to be in Belo Horizonte for the game against Cruzeiro, which will be at the Mineirão Stadium for the Brasileirão.
Traditionally, presentations by Mengão coaches and players take place on the premises of Ninho do Urubu, as already mentioned. However, some directors argue that Tite's press conference, specifically, should be held at the club's headquarters, in Gávea, due to the large number of journalists who will be present.
While waiting for more information, Tite continues to do his job with the players. This Wednesday they will have training at the Training Center starting at 2:30 pm (Brasília time), aiming for their next commitment in the 27th round of the Brazilian Championship.
The teams play the first game of the quarterfinals at 7 p.m.

Tite defined Flamengo and announced the 11 starters who will face Peñarol, this Thursday, at Maracanã, at 7pm. De la Cruz returns to the starting lineup in place of Léo Ortiz, and Alex Sandro and Plata were retained. The duel with the Uruguayans is the first between the teams in the quarter-finals of the Copa Conmebol Libertadores.
Alex Sandro and Plata, debutants in last Sunday's classic, remain in the team after having good performances in the draw against Vasco. Gabigol is now out of the relationship due to fibrosis in the posterior muscle of his right thigh. Flamengo, in a statement, reported that the athlete did not suffer any injury in the region. "The Clube de Regatas do Flamengo informs that the athlete Gabriel Barbosa underwent tests that did not diagnose an injury to the posterior muscle of his right thigh. However, the Technical Committee opted for precaution and did not list him for the duel against Peñarol due to fibrosis in the region. Gabi is handed over to physiotherapists and physical trainers for the series of decisive games of the season."
