She advocates alternative approaches to the use of traditional medicines.

According to the specialist, the popularization of the diagnosis has led to widespread use of medications such as Venvanse, whose long-term effectiveness is controversial. “The big problem with ADHD is that it has become a kind of craze, and now everyone has it. Pollyanna says that ADHD can be reversed. She explains that the disorder is linked to the absence of certain neural connections and a predominance of specific brain waves, such as theta, associated with distraction. The treatment proposes stimulating the so-called beta waves, related to concentration, through resources such as neuroacoustics.
The specialist also points to the therapeutic use of psychedelics in controlled sessions and microdoses. “Psychedelics have already been scientifically proven to reverse ADHD, because they reset the brain and, with neuroplasticity, form new neural connections. This improves focus and concentration,” she says.
According to the psychotherapist, the main thing is to understand that ADHD can be cured. “There are many people who have been misdiagnosed and are taking bad medications. But ADHD can be cured . It’s a matter of stimulating the correct brain waves and activating areas of the brain through therapies such as neuroacoustics and the controlled use of psychedelics,” concludes Pollyanna.

The likelihood of having more disease is obvious," he continued.
Then, the former participant of Dança dos Famosos highlighted that doing physical exercises calms him down. "It makes me think better, it reorganizes my thoughts. Every morning I listen to something about God or about life, to help me. [...] Cold showers and contact with the sun are very good for those who have ADHD .
