Despite being almost six years old, Jorge Jesus' Flamengo still continues to generate buzz among the red and black fans. Thus, defender Léo Duarte said that the Portuguese coach irritated Rodrigo Caio in a specific training session at the club. Furthermore, he mentioned that the coach always aimed for perfection.

"I remember that as soon as he arrived, there was a training session that was the starting attack against the starting defense. Rodrigo Caio and I were doing well in training, in ten balls we recovered seven or eight until the only one we couldn't catch, Bruno Henrique scored. Jorge Jesus shouted, 'my central defenders (defenders) don't catch anyone'. I looked at Rodrigo Caio, and he was a little nervous", said Léo Duarte.

"We saw that it was his way. to 'poke' because he wanted perfection. So even though we were doing well, we lost a ball and for him it was worthless, he had to win them all", concluded the former Flamengo defender, in an interview with ESPN. ' this Monday (23).

REQUIREMENTS FOR PERFECTION

With Jorge Jesus' demands, Flamengo in 2019 was considered the best team of Brazil and South America. This is because Mais Querido won the Brasileirão title with a record number of points, in addition to making a spectacular comeback against River Plate, taking the Libertadores cup.

WHERE THE COACH AND PLAYERS ARE TODAY

Jorge Jesus currently heads Al-Hilal, from Saudi Arabia, and continues to break records in the Middle Eastern country. Rodrigo Caio agreed with Grêmio. Finally, Léo Duarte spent several teams until signing with Istanbul Basaksehir, from Türkiye.

Preta Gil, 50 years old, went to the National Sanctuary of Our Lady of Aparecida, located in the interior of São Paulo, on Sunday, the 22nd. As she is devoted to the saint, she explained that she visited the basilica to give thanks for the health of the entire his family and also because of his cancer treatment.

“Walk with faith, I will because faith doesn't usually do it! Thank Our Lady of Aparecida for all her support, thank you for the treatment, the support network I have from family and friends, thank you for everyone who prays for me! Thank you,” the singer wrote in an Instagram post.

At the end of August, Preta told her followers that she needed to resume cancer treatment after eight months of remission. The cancer had spread to four parts of his body. She was discharged in September and celebrated the moment with her family.

Bowel cancer

Preta Gil was diagnosed with bowel cancer at the beginning of last year. Among the symptoms that made her suspect a health problem were intense constipation and flat stools, with mucus and blood.

At the time, she underwent radiotherapy sessions and surgical treatment. The singer also had to undergo a total abdominal hysterectomy, a procedure that involves removing the uterus.

After primary treatment, she entered a phase called “no evidence of the disease”, according to doctors interviewed by the Estadão. In other words, the cancer was no longer detectable by physical, imaging, tomography and/or blood tests.

In August, however, the artist reported that the cancer had returned, being detected in two lymph nodes, in the peritoneum – membrane in the abdominal cavity that surrounds organs such as the stomach and intestine – and in the ureter.

The diagnosis came while Preta was undergoing periodic exams in the remission stage of the disease at Hospital Sírio Libanês, in São Paulo. Recently, in an interview with Fantástico, she said that she had to amputate her rectum last year, during treatment.
