Flamengo presented Tite as new coach on Monday (16). The Press Conference took place at Ninho do Urubu and started at 2:30 pm (Brasília time). Tite's signing was announced last week, on October 9th (Monday), and since then, the former Brazilian national team has been working with the players at the Red and Black Training Center.

After being asked about his first impressions at the club, the coach spoke about the human contact with everyone at Mais Querido. Tite also spoke about his first training sessions at CRF.

- This FIFA date allowed for a human understanding of the employees and the athletes. We have already quickly implemented work in the offensive, defensive and dead ball phases. The 2024 project motivates me. The search for a return to victories, the prospect of titles.

His debut with the Manto Sagrado is scheduled to take place this Thursday (19), in the Brasileirão. Due to the FIFA Date of October, Flamengo's game calendar received this gap of 'free days', which were great for Tite to have plenty of time to prepare the team. The team's next match is against Cruzeiro, at Estádio Mineirão, for the 27th round of the Brasileirão, and is scheduled to start at 7pm (Brasília time).

Meanwhile, Tite will continue adapting to the red players -blacks and them to your style of play. After his presentation, the stars will still train with him for a few days before their first match.

It is worth remembering that, initially, the coach's presentation press conference was scheduled to take place this Tuesday (17) , from 1:00 pm (Brasília time). However, the club brought the event forward by one day and even changed the time. There were still rumors that this would take place at the headquarters, in Gávea, but the tradition continued and Tite, like the other coaches, will be presented at the CT.
