After Flamengo's 1-0 victory over Cruzeirothis Wednesday (6), at Independência, coach Filipe Luís spoke at a press conference about the importance of the result, which took the team back to the G4 of the Brasileirão. With 58 points, Mais Querido occupies fourth position, just two points behind Fortaleza (3rd) and three behind Palmeiras (2nd). The distance to leader Botafogo is nine points. “Maximum respect for Atlético, great team, Libertadores finalist, great coach, plays a great soccer. It's going to be very complicated, as I said. We are a long way from winning that title, as I said, just as they are too. We’re going to have to play a very solid game.”
Filipe Luís Praises the Cast's Experience
When asked about the atmosphere at the MRV Arena, Filipe reinforced his confidence in the experience of the Flamengoin decisive competitions.
