Flamengo made official this Thursday (28 ) the departure of Lorran, one of the talents revealed at Ninho do Urubu . The player will go to Pisa, in Italy, where he will undergo medical examinations before joining the new club. The transaction involves an initial payment of 500 thousand euros (approximately R$ 3.1 million) to Mais Querido.
The contract stipulates specific conditions: if Lorran plays in half of Pisa's matches and the team remains in the Italian top flight, the player's purchase will be mandatory. If all criteria are met , the European club will pay €4 million (approximately R$25 million) to acquire 50% of the player's economic rights , while Flamengo will retain the other half. The information was released by the 'GE' portal.
Lorran first stood out in Flamengo's youth ranks, winning important titles and attracting attention for his technique and consistency. The recent highlight of the athlete's youth career came last Saturday (23) , when Flamengo beat Barcelona (ESP) in the U-20 Club World Cup. Lorran scored a goal during normal time and converted a penalty kick, directly contributing to the title.
Flamengo has completed the sale of Matheus Gonçalves to Saudi Arabia's Al-Ahli for €8 million (R$50 million). The midfielder had been playing for the U-20 team after losing his place under coach Filipe Luís and was a starter in the U-20 team's Intercontinental Cup triumph.
With the player's departure, Flamengo is preparing to face Grêmio on Sunday (31), for the 22nd round of the Brazilian Championship . The match will be held at Maracanã, at 4 pm (Brasília time), and marks Mengão's return to the competition after the movement in the transfer market.
A Mais Querido fan posted a suggestive message on social media and made fans dream of a possible reunion with the Rio de Janeiro team.

Midfielder Lucas Paquetá once again stirred up Flamengo fans this Thursday (28) after an enigmatic post on his social media. Raised in Ninho do Urubu and always openly red-black , the West Ham player posted a snippet of music that made fans dream of an eventual return to Mais Querido.
"Where I'm from, everyone knows what it's like🎶," the number 10 posted, quoting a pagode song by the group Clareou. Fans quickly associated the message with his affection for the club and the possibility of reliving his career with Mengão.
Paquetá was promoted to the professional team in 2017, where he began to demonstrate his technical quality, personality, and fan connection. With the Rio de Janeiro club, he won only the Campeonato Carioca in 2017 before being traded at the end of 2018.

Signed in July 2024 by Flamengo , Alcaraz was the most expensive reinforcement in the history of Rubro-Negro at the time, with an investment of 20 million dollars (R$ 110 million at the exchange rate of August 28, 2024). For Mais Querido, the Argentine played 19 official matches, scoring three goals and providing two assists , leaving his mark despite his short stint at Mengão .
The midfielder made no secret of his dissatisfaction with the way his departure from Flamengo was reported. In an exclusive interview with ESPN, he dismissed the reports circulating about his transfer as "lies" and emphasized that he wanted to remain at the Rio de Janeiro club.

That's all! Let people rest assured. I really wanted to stay at Flamengo, I wanted to stay because I know what a player I am. They tried to turn people against me," Alcaraz said.
The Argentine added: " After they said they couldn't find the position, I obviously didn't like it. I'm a player and I can adapt to any position," reinforcing that he would have been willing to play in different areas of the field had he remained at Mengão.
The 21-year-old midfielder's transfer has been blocked by Mais Querido due to mandatory clauses and financial guarantees required by the BAP president.

With no place at Flamengo, 21-year-old midfielder Victor Hugo 's negotiations with Santos have stalled. Since returning to Turkish football, he has played little and is on the Mais Querido's list of transferable players. Despite the approval of coach Filipe Luís and director José Boto, the deal depends on the demands of president Luiz Eduardo Baptista , known as Bap.
The transaction was moving forward, with acceptances from Filipe Luís and Boto, but Bap conditioned approval on obligation clauses based on targets, not just a future option. Furthermore, the Mengão president requested financial guarantees from Santos to avoid the risk of default , according to journalist Lucas Musetti of UOL.
The loan model provides for immediate payment and the possibility of purchase based on target dates. Another requirement from Bap is that the deal must not jeopardize reinforcements at other Brazilian clubs . However, this issue shouldn't be an obstacle if Santos accepts the requested financial and contractual clauses.
The president's stance follows a previous pattern, as was the case in the Thiago Maia deal with Santos . At the time, Bap only authorized the midfielder's transfer after guarantees of payment were received, blocking the deal without proof of payment.
While the negotiations remain uncertain, Victor Hugo continues to train normally under Filipe Luís and seeks opportunities at Flamengo . The player's release will depend on Santos meeting all the club president's demands, but there is still the possibility of an agreement if the terms are accepted.
