Flamengo finished the 1st round of the Brasileirãoas the team that brings the most public to the stadium, as is already normal in recent editions of the Nacional, with São Paulo, Corinthians, Bahia and Atlético-MG completing the top 5. What is also no longer new is how the Rio team loses money by having to play at Maracanã.

At the same time as they have a good lead in the average attendance, with 54,363 present per game, and Also in terms of gross income, with an average of more than R$3 million per game, the team suffers from Maracanã's costs and fees, which exceed 60%. This is what the survey sent to the column carried out by the specialist in sports marketing, Marcelo Paciello da Silveira, shows.

Because of this, Fla is only in 5th place in net income, which is what effectively enters the club coffers, behind leader Palmeiras, followed by São Paulo, Corinthians and Atlético-MG. You can see the complete ranking for each item at the end of the text.

Palmeiras is the leader in net income not only because it has a lower operating cost than Allianz Parque, but also because it has the highest average ticket of the country, with an average of R$82.21. Interestingly, the vice-leader in this regard is Atlético-GO, with R$81.88, followed by Juventude, Grêmio and Flamengo.

The cheapest tickets on average are Fortaleza, Vitória, Bahia, Criciúma and Red Bull Bragantino. Most of them are also among those that earn the least, which are Criciúma, which recorded a loss, Fortaleza, Red Bull Bragantino, Botafogo and Cuiabá.

"Dragon has a high price when it hosts clubs from Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, Juventude appears in third place due to the two home games played at Mané Garrincha, with an average ticket of R$ 110.00", notes the survey.

Because they play in stadiums with high capacity, Flamengo and São Paulo have difficulty staying at the top of the occupancy rate. Red-Black is only 8th, with 70%, with Tricolor in 12th, with 61%. The leader in this regard is Corinthians, with 89%, with Palmeiras, Bahia, Atlético-MG and Inter forming the top 5.

Overall it is possible to say that the average audience of 25,328 people is the second best in history, only behind last year. It is worth noting that this year's Brasileirão suffered the impact not only of the floods in Rio Grande do Sul, but also of the Copa América, which lost the main teams in the competition.

All other metrics are also slightly below the last year, with the exception of the average ticket, which rose 4% compared to 2023.
