The athletes Cleiton, Diegão and Werton, from Flamengo's Under-20 team, were called up this Tuesday (3) by the Brazilian Under-23 team for a period of preparation aimed at competing in the Pan American Games. Training will take place between the 9th and 18th of October, at Granja Comary.
It is worth remembering that the three have just won the Brasileirão U20 title, beating Palmeiras on penalties after a 0-0 draw. 0 in normal time, at Raulino de Oliveira.
Midfielder Igor Jesus, who is already part of the professional squad, is also called up by Ramon Menezes for the Pan-American Games. This is a guaranteed presence in the national team that competes in the tournament between October 20th and November 5th, in Santiago, Chile.
