After the 2-1 victory over Vitória , this Sunday (6), Flamengo began preparations for a decisive week. With important commitments in the Libertadores and the Brazilian Championship , the red-black squad will have an intense routine of training and travel in the coming days.


According to the schedule released by the club, the squad's return is scheduled for 10:30 am this Monday (7), at Ninho do Urubu. On Tuesday , the players will return to training at 3:30 pm , again at CT.


FLAMENGO WILL HAVE A FULL WEEK


On Wednesday (9), Flamengo will host Central Córdoba (ARG) at Maracanã , at 9:30 pm (Brasília time), for the second round of the Libertadores group stage . The squad will have a day off on Thursday (10) and will return to training on Friday, at 3:30 pm.

Saturday will be a morning training session at 9:30 am, followed by a trip to Porto Alegre at 4 pm. On Sunday (13), Flamengo will face Grêmio at 5:30 pm at Arena do Grêmio, in a match valid for the third round of the Brasileirão . After the match, the team will return to Rio de Janeiro at 10 pm.

After Flamengo's elimination to Atlético-MG in the round of 16 of the Copa do Brasil, coach Filipe Luís sought to shift focus and reinforce the team's commitment to the rest of the season. Flamengo won the second leg 1-0, with a goal from Everton Cebolinha, but was eliminated 4-3 on penalties at Arena MRV .
