Lorran was the target of some boos in the first half of Flamengo x Cruzeiro, this Sunday (30), and Tite chose to take him off the field at half-time. Even during the match, red and black fans debated on social media about the reactions from the Maracanã stands towards the 17-year-old and the situation proved to divide opinions.

Lorran was very involved during the time he was on the field and He even stole good balls in the offensive field. However, technical and decision errors in dangerous attacking plays, errors in marking and attempted dribbling in the defense field made the fans lose patience at one point.

According to the statistical portal 'Sofascore ', Lorran completed 74% of the 19 passes he attempted, with 14 successes and five errors. One of these passes was for Luiz Araújo to finish. Furthermore, he scored two out of four attempted dribbles, and won 50% of his defensive duels (3/6).

In the networks, some fans seem to have the same view of Lorran's certain carelessness at moments of the match and justify the irritation. But another group of red and black understand that fluctuations are natural for a player who is only 17 years old and that he should have more patience from the stands.

Fans comment on booing Lorran

“What they did to Lorran now is really shitty. The kid was bad, yes, but why boo the guy? What will this help? He's only 17 years old, he's still going to evolve a lot Sometimes the fans themselves don't help themselves…”, @Messi_Flaa_.

“The Flamengo fans at Maracanã went crazy. They are booing Lorran who is 17 years old. Yes, he has made mistakes when making decisions, but that's normal for his age, man. How absurd this is”, @_matheusfla.

“Booing Lorran is an act of cowardice and lack of sensitivity against an important asset of the club. Whoever booed, besides having no idea about football, is not Flamengo”, @gerafutebol.

“Lorran made 3 good plays, while Flamengo was playing well. After the goal the whole team seemed to get tired. It's very stupid to boo a boy who is wavering and doesn't even have anyone on the bench to play in his place. It doesn't help at all”, @RenanFlamengo.

“He deserved the boos. Cruzeiro moving forward and him standing there in attack, he got yelled at by Gerson and now by the fans”, @brollycrf

“Fucking hungry*, 17 years old and already in this whole leg. You really have to be booed, without further ado”, @ViniciusAlmda.

“It deserves it, the guy isn't playing anything”, @arraxca100.

“It's the fans' way of pulling their ears . It's not wrong. When he makes one or two right plays they will support”, @p_renatopb.

The Flamengo beat Atlético-Mg in the MRV Arena and isolated themselves at the top of the Brasileirão with 30 points. The duel against the Mineiros also ended up marking a new beginning for one of Rio's red-black players. That's because striker Carlinhos started the match and scored his first goal with the sacred mantle. In an interview, the player spoke about the moment, the goal and the mourning due to the recent death of his mother.

"(I would say) he is a winner. I'm a guy who never gave up. I lost my mother a few years ago. 15 days, I'm still grieving. It's been difficult, but I have to continue. As I always think, she dressed me in her armor. When she saw that I was ready, she left. me to say this. I know that she is in the arms of the Lord, and that is what comforts me. I want to tell (to Carlinhos at the beginning of the year) that I arrived here due to God's merit and my work", said Carlinhos, at half-time.

Carlinhos made his debut in the first round of the Brasileirão, against Atlético-GO, and then again had the opportunity as a starter against Palmeiras. The striker spent just 45 minutes on the field at Allianz. Carlinhos only played again against Juventude, but only spent four minutes on the field.

The chance to start against Atlético-MG came due to the physical exhaustion of Pedro, who is going through a sequence of games. Carlinhos scored the goal in the 24th minute after a play by Luiz Araújo and Wesley. The full-back shot, but the ball hit the post, and the number 22, well positioned, put it into the back of the net.
