Singer Ludmilla continues preparing to perform at one of the biggest music festivals in the world, Coachella, an event that takes place in the California desert, in the United States, over two weekends this April.
The singer published some behind-the-scenes photos of her performance, which will take place next Sunday (14), on the same stage and on the same day as artists J Balvin and Doja Cat. In the images shared, she is seen rehearsing with her dancers. team, misting and posing in front of the sunny California landscape.
LUDMILLA SHARES REFLECTION WITH FOLLOWERSLudmilla also shared a reflection with her followers about her artistic career and said in a text that performing on such a relevant stage is the result of a lot of perseverance.
"I came from a place where 'no' was always the most present word. I heard so many 'no's up until now... I saw the 'no' in people's eyes, on television, on magazine covers, in the way I sang and what I wanted to sing about", said the artist.
"I decided that I wasn't going to stop, that I wasn't going to accept the little, that it wasn't going to be an expectation anymore. I am the 'no' that moves society, that many people do not swallow and that through it the 'yes' can be a new horizon for other Ludmillas that exist in Brazil and Latin America."

Singer MC Daniel seems to be getting to know businesswoman Lorena Maria better. The funk singer published on his Instagram, this Sunday (19), a video in which he appears alongside her for the first time.
The couple was in a van side by side returning from the singer's show in Hortolândia, in interior of São Paulo, last Saturday (18). At the time, they were listening to the song Coração de Mãe/ Só por Hoje, by Gaab and MC Hariel in the vehicle.
AFFAIR CONFIRMATIONTo the LeoDias portal , MC Daniel confirmed the affair with Lorena: "Yes, it's true. For 40 years working in favor of freedoms, human rights, pluralities against racism and religious intolerance, babalaô Ivanir dos Santos received with surprise and indignation the news that Ludmilla exhibited in her show at Coachella, United States, a prejudiced phrase.
In conversation with the GENTE column, from Veja magazine, Ivanir – who is also a professor in the Postgraduate Program in Comparative History at UFRJ – says that he is filing a public representation against the singer, so that she speak out immediately, this being the first step towards a lawsuit for religious discrimination.
“It's a lot of contradiction on her part, being a black, LGBT+ woman. Everything she suffered from prejudice gave back. She attacks the culture of her ancestors, even though she is evangelical. What does a black person contribute by acting like this? Anything. Even worse was learning that the director of her production is a trans woman. It only gets worse, because article 20 of the Caó Law, which we will use against this attitude, is the same one that gave protection to the LGBT+ sector of society. This phrase from the show is as offensive to black people as a swastika is against Jews. She committed a crime and needs to answer for it”, says Ivanir.
The scholar was a consultant on the series Arcanjo Renegado, on Globoplay, in which Ludmilla acted as an actress for the first time. She played a military police officer who chased bandits who attacked a Candomblé terreiro in a community in Rio.
“This excuse from her now that she didn't really know what she was saying on stage, or that they took it out of context, is not It's true, because she herself took a class on this, she acted in the series on this issue. I speak as a witness, because I was on the recording”, continues Ivanir.
