The digital influencer known as Luva de Pedreiro is asking the Court to return part of the R$5.2 million blocked in his bank accounts. The measure comes after he failed to comply with a court decision related to the case filed against him by his former manager, Allan Jesus.
Iran Santana, aka Luva de Pedreiro, had his 12 bank accounts blocked due to failure to comply with a court order that required monthly deposits in court.
This blockade is part of a legal dispute with Allan Jesus, which has lasted more than a year. According to the decision, Luva should transfer 30% of his monthly income to his former businessman until reaching the amount of R$ 5.2 million, the value of the fine for unilateral contract termination.
Luva de Pedreiro's lawyers are requesting the release of R$2,095,267.35, arguing that the influencer has already paid R$3,104,732.65 since July 2022. However, the transfers of May and June were not carried out, as the influencer claimed lack of income during this period.
In September last year, the Court determined the breach of Iran Santana's banking secrecy as part of the process. He was required to provide all his account statements, in addition to partnership contracts signed in the last 12 months. The legal dispute arose after Luva de Pedreiro unilaterally terminated the contract with Allan Jesus, leading to the charging of a million dollar fine.
