At the moment, all sectors of Maracanã are available for Rubro Negro fans to buy tickets. The south side has not yet been opened for sales, as the north side would have been sold out. Fans can purchase tickets only for the sectors, North, Lower and Upper East, Maracanã +, and Lower West.
It is worth remembering that after losing the final of the Copa do Brasil, Flamengo's management set popular prices for the match against Bahia. The cheapest ticket costs R$70 (full price) and R$35 (half price). The most expensive ticket is related to Maracanã +, with a range between R$262.50 (half ticket) and R$450 (full ticket).
Many fans have complained about the abusive prices being set by the Flamengo board. In the final of the Copa do Brasil, in the first leg that took place at Maracanã, the cheapest ticket was R$400. Many São Paulo fans also complained about the prices charged.

Coach Eduardo Domínguez tested a more conservative formation, including an extra defensive midfielder in midfield, as a strategy to contain Flamengo's attacks.
