Last Tuesday (22), Oruam turned himself in to the police after having an arrest warrant issued by the Court. After learning of what happened, MC Poze decided to speak out on social media. In the video, the singer spoke of loyalty to his friend and stated that the police provoked the rapper who, due to immaturity, reacted and ended up in jail.
Poze talks about Oruam's arrest: "Is it persecution, or are you going to say the kid is a criminal because he said all that in a moment of hatred, anger?"
He continued: "Any young person, who doesn't have much experience yet, would do this or something stupid. That's right," began MC Poze when talking about the arrest of Oruam, who is being accused of seven crimes.
In the post, the singer commented on the invasion of Oruam 's home: "There's no way you can see your home being invaded at an illegal time, see the police doing things against the law. They have to set an example, and they do everything against the law. They managed to mess with the kid's mind, making him say a bunch of shit, linking it to various things, and arresting the minor ," he accused, before adding:
"What you tried to do to me, you managed to do to the youngest. You tried to mess with my mind thousands of times, but I'm a father of five, a wise, tough kid. If it were my time when I was younger, in 2019, 2018, I would have done the same thing, cursed you, talked, done something crazy," he assured.
Soon after, Poze stated that, in the past, he would have behaved the same way: "Nowadays, with a wiser mind, we can grasp the vision, retreat and advance at the right time. You tried (sic) to do this to me, to mess with my mind until I rebelled, went crazy, said something stupid and you said 'now we have a motive, let's arrest him '," he opined.
Also in the video, Poze said that, unlike Oruam, who boarded a bus to protest his arrest, he won't do the same: "I don't have to prove my loyalty. He already knows. One thing is different from the other. The kid's case, because of the things the police unfortunately made him say, will be delayed ," he analyzed.
He continued with his story: "I have to show my loyalty to him by giving him strength, support, and asking anyone who can go there to go. I can't, I'm full of problems, full of determination. They wouldn't let me do the show in Portugal, in Europe, anywhere ," he complained.
He concluded: "I can't try to play the hero. Gratitude is served the way it should be. Just because he got on the bus doesn't mean I have to get on the bus. I have to help him, but in wise and intelligent ways, not in stupid ways that, if I do, they'll arrest me too," he declared.

Recognized for his vast work with 795 registered compositions, the samba singer marked generations with hits such as “Saudade Louca” and “Boto Meu Povo na Rua” . Born in Madureira, the birthplace of Rio samba, Arlindo was also a passionate Flamengo fan.
His retirement from the stage occurred after suffering a stroke in 2017, which impacted his career and health. Family members confirmed his death, without disclosing the official cause, but emphasized the artist's cultural legacy and his love for soccer, especially for the "Mais Querido" (Most Beloved). The wake will be open to the Rio de Janeiro community.
The son of Arlindão, who had meetings with samba artists like Candeia at home, Arlindo Cruz immersed himself in the musical world from an early age. At 17, he began his professional career as a cavaquinho player on Candeia's 1975 album "Roda de Samba." Singer Milton Nascimento and record label Sony Music filed a lawsuit against Cruzeiro Esporte Clube, alleging the improper use of the song "Clube da Esquina nº 2". The work, written by Milton, Lô Borges and Márcio Borges , was allegedly used without authorization in a video posted on the club's social media in January 2025, during the announcement of Gabigol's signing from Flamengo.
According to information published by the newspaper O Globo, the video was produced and released by Cruzeiro without the proper authorization of the artists involved in the song's creation . Sony Music , which represents the copyright of the work, is seeking compensation for material damages, while Milton Nascimento and the Borges brothers are seeking compensation for moral damages.
