NATION REPRESENTS! FLAMENGO CONTINUES IN LEADERSHIP IN BRASILEIRÃO AND ON SOCIAL MEDIA

It's not just on the field that Mengão is flying. Flamengo's leadership takes place in the Brasileirão, but also on social media. Ibope Repucom published the survey for the month of July and the first half of 2024. As usual, the Nation shows its strength and puts Brazil's Most Wanted at the top.

In the semester, the Flamengo had 1.8 million new subscribers. The accumulated amount is the same as that of Palmeiras, which received the same amount in the period from January to June. But Mengão had 25 thousand more subscribers. The disparity is great for those who come later. Corinthians, for example, had 1.1 million new subscribers, while São Paulo, next, had 582 thousand.

In June alone, Mengão achieved great prominence. Of course, the team was also in first place, this time, with 412 thousand new followers. Palmeiras, for example, had 352 thousand. It is worth noting that these numbers represent the sum of X, formerly Twitter, with TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. In the month, new followers and subscribers were divided as follows:

TikTok: 100 thousand.

X: 46 thousand.

YouTube: 30 thousand.

The good numbers on the platforms caused Flamengo to shoot even more, opening up a gap to Corinthians, who appears in second, with almost 37 million. Despite Palmeiras' good moment on social media, the club is still only fourth, behind São Paulo.

Flamengo, on social media, is approaching 59 million, and is very close to beating the mark of 60 million followers across all social networks.
