He also said that the physical and psychological wear and tear of the team after the games weighed in the decision against Fluminense.
“I believe that the sequence of games that the team has is increasing competitiveness. The team is making decisions, the game against Palmeiras, we eliminated Fluminense and Athletico-PR in the Copa do Brasil… we came with a lot of psychological exhaustion, including emotional ones.
