The midfielder Lorran, from Flamengo, is at the center of negotiations with CSKA Moscow, from Russia, but the athlete's future remains undefined. The European club offered 8 million euros (around R$50 million) for 80% of the player's economic rights. However, Mais Querido made a counter-offer of 10 million euros (approximately R$62 million) for the same 80%. CSKA, however, remains adamant in its initial offer.

According to journalists Pablo Raphael and Pablo Oliveira, the main barrier in closing the deal is the value of the negotiation. Despite the athlete's interest in transferring to the Russian club, the difference in values prevents the agreement from moving forward. Currently, Flamengo holds 70% of Lorran's economic rights, while the remaining 30% belongs to Madureira.

FLAMENGO REQUIRES CASH PAYMENT

In addition to the value, another crucial point in negotiation is the requirement for cash payment made by the CRF. The board seeks to reinforce cash flow to facilitate new signings and adjustments to the squad. Despite being considered a promise for the club, Lorran faces difficulties in the first team and saw his market value drop after losing space in the team.

The athlete has a contract with Rubro-Negro until August 2029and was a starter during the last Copa América, when coach Tite was in charge of the squad. However, the midfielder was unable to maintain the expected performance, especially after the fans booed in the 2-1 victory over Cruzeiro.

LORRAN WILL CONTINUE ON THE FIELD UNTIL DEFINITION

While negotiations are not finalized, Lorran remains available to coach Filipe Luís in the Carioca Championship dispute. The player was a starter in the first four rounds of the tournament, when Mengão used an alternative formation. Now, with the return of the main team, Flamengo faces Volta Redonda this Saturday (25), at 4:30 pm, at the Mané Garrincha Stadium, in Brasília.

It is worth noting that Flamengo has already offered Internacional a proposal of 6 million euros, plus forgiveness of the debt that Inter has for the purchase of Thiago Maia: 4 million euros.
