Brazilian defender Otávio, 23, who came through the youth ranks of Flamengo , is on the radar of two European football teams. According to information from journalist André Hernan, Bologna, from Italy, and Paris FC, from France , have sent proposals ranging from 15 to 18 million euros to FC Porto for the signing of the defender.
According to the French website Footmercato, Paris FC, a club from the French capital and neighbor of PSG, has shown strong interest in the player.
