Flamengo wants Tite and the coach wants Mais Querido. However, some obstacles in the negotiation hamper Rubro-Negro's official announcement. The main obstacle is the salary amount requested by the commander and the technical committee, in addition to triggers for goals achieved.

According to information from ESPN, Tite's staff asked for around R$2.5 million per month fixed , in addition to bonuses for goals achieved, such as titles and classification for the Libertadores. Despite the high amount requested by the commander, Flamengo is not thinking about going back and finalizing the negotiation and announcing the coach for the rest of the season.

Flamengo's desire is for Tite to present himself to the squad next Monday on Friday (09), to start the first training sessions at the head of the club. If work begins at the beginning of Data-FIFA, the coach will have around ten days of activities to get to know the group before the Rubro-Negro debut.

Still without Tite, Flamengo is led by Mário Jorge , Under-20 coach. The coach is in charge of the team and will be at the edge of the pitch on Saturday (07), against Corinthians, in the 26th round of the Brazilian Championship. The confrontation will take place from 9pm (Brasília time)

In a post on Instagram, the mayor informed that the city hall will be responsible for removing the megastructure on the gas meter site, different from what was reported. Furthermore, he guaranteed that Flamengo will have its new stadium, with the best conditions and security.

The news published by Ancelmo informs that Flamengo would have to pay R$100 million to remove a large gas structure present on land acquired by the club, which is owned by CEG and CEG-Rio, which are companies that are part of the gas concessionaire Naturgy.

According to the article, the companies were informed that Flamengo is the responsible for bearing the expenses, as provided for in one of the annexes to the land purchase and transfer contract. The clause, however, does not have a specified limit.

Eduardo Paes guarantees that the removal is the responsibility of Rio's city hall.

Paes stated that the values for the transfer of the structure are different from what was pointed out in the article by Ancelmo Gois. Furthermore, it exempted Flamengo from any responsibility, and that the city hall has been planning to remove it for years.

“They are making me defend @flamengo more than I would like: let it be clear that this is not the The cost of this transfer and when it happens will be the responsibility of the city of Rio, which knows that this structure cannot be in an area that is already receiving so many residential buildings. It's been in our plans for a long time! Flamengo will have its new stadium there in the gasometer with all the quality and safety that the region demands and deserves. Period!”, published the mayor.

The match between Bahia and Flamengo, valid for the quarter-finals of the Copa do Brasil, which took place last Wednesday fair (28) in Salvador, broke TV Globo's audience record for a competition game in Rio de Janeiro this season.

With narration by Luis Roberto and comments by Júnior and Roger Flores, the match marked a significant increase of 42% in audience, equivalent to eight points more than the average recorded in previous games of the tournament. Each audience point represents 111 thousand viewers.

RUBRO-NEGRA VICTORY AND NEXT CONFRONTATION

Flamengo left victorious in the match 1-0, which guaranteed them an important advantage for the second leg of the quarter-finals. The goal was crucial for the Rio team, who are still in contention for the Copa do Brasil title.

Now, the team is preparing to face Corinthians this Sunday (1), at the Neo Química Arena, in São Paulo, in a game valid for the Brazilian Championship. The match will be broadcast on Globo throughout Brazil, starting at 3:40 pm, right after the first part of the program 'Domingão com Huck'.

ANALYSIS BY JOURNALIST MAURO CEZAR PEREIRA ON FLAMENGO'S VICTORY

Journalist Mauro Cezar Pereira analyzed Flamengo, highlighting the team's stance in the face of embezzlement and the strategy adopted by coach Tite. According to Mauro Cezar, Flamengo knew how to prepare for the match, despite the adversity, and praised the coach's performance. He responded to criticism from some of the fans who consider Tite to be a "backward" coach.

“For me, yesterday's game was like Tite, not that he only builds defensive teams. The 2015 Corinthians weren't like that, and Paquetá was a midfielder in the national team, so this argument is nonsense and a terrible lack of knowledge. Now, he knows how to build teams this way and yesterday was exactly that”, said the journalist during the Bate Pronto program.
