The club informed this Thursday (17) that he suffered an accident in the medial collateral ligament and in the articular capsule of the right knee.
On Friday, the star presented himself to the CT medical team, who decided to implement a slower and more conservative treatment. Surgery will not be necessary, but the expected recovery time is between six and eight weeks. According to this limit, the player will be out of the final of the Copa do Brasil, scheduled for September, but should still be able to play for the Brasileirão this season.
While undergoing therapy, the rest of the Fla team was already training in preparation for the next game. This Sunday (20), Mais Querido will travel to Paraná to face Curitiba for the 20th round of the Brazilian Championship.

Tite defined Flamengo and announced the 11 starters who will face Peñarol, this Thursday, at Maracanã, at 7pm.
