This money would go entirely to the nine clubs in Series A and would be divided according to Libra criteria. The division has a percentage of 40% equal, 30% performance and 30% audience. The expectation is that all clubs will earn at least the same or grow a little in relation to TV revenue in 2024.
Globo no longer has an equal check for the Liga Forte Futebol. He has already made this clear by not accepting to pay R$1.4 billion for his rights. You are interested in the entire Brazilian, but only if it fits in your pocket.
That's why the LFF is going to slice up the rights with a model similar to that of the Paulista. Among open TV channels, SBT and Record have already invested in rights to Libertadores and Paulistas. But, in both cases, their checks were smaller than Globo's previous ones. Both have a smaller capacity to create football advertising packages.
Among the closed TV channels, there were conversations with Libra and LFF, but the vehicles backed away when a higher value was requested. ESPN is cautious, Warner has just entered and exited a large package of Brazilian games - today it only broadcasts Athletico-PR.
Youtube is not accelerating in the Brazilian market in terms of investments. And streaming channels such as Caze TV or Goat only generate commercial revenue. The market is skeptical about their ability to fund expensive competitions with their own resources.

The headquarters of the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF), in Rio de Janeiro, was the target of a Federal Police operation on Wednesday morning (30). The agents carried out a search and seizure warrant related to Operation Caixa Preta, which investigates alleged electoral crimes committed in Roraima. The president of the entity, Samir Xaud, was one of the targets.

Despite the police presence, nothing was seized, according to the CBF itself. The organization also stated, in an official statement, that the director " is not the focus of the investigation " and that the operation has no connection with football or the confederation.
According to the Federal Police, the operation focused primarily on Federal Deputy Helena Lima (MDB-RR), whose deputy is Samir Xaud in the Chamber . She is suspected of involvement in a vote-buying scheme. Ten search and seizure warrants were executed, and R$10 million was frozen in the accounts of those under investigation.
