Enigmatic banners that simulated a love 'exposed' were an advertisement for a musical partnership and violated the Clean City Law, reported the city of São Paulo

Artists Gloria Groove and MC Daniel received a fine of R$10,000 each after violating the Clean City Law by distributing banners promoting a new musical partnership, the Municipal Secretariat of Subprefectures reported this Thursday (24).
In recent days, anyone passing through Radial Leste in the capital of São Paulo came across enigmatic banners that simulated a love 'exposed' : " Daniel , you never deserved the love I gave you. That's why I decided to expose you", announced the message accompanied by a QR Code.
Anyone who aimed their cell phone camera at the message to follow the gossip was taking the bait of a marketing ploy:
The Municipal Secretariat of Subprefectures reported that it removed, on Wednesday (23), the banners installed in the mentioned locations and declared:
"Two fines, worth R$10,000 each, were applied to those responsible for the infraction.
"Two fines, each worth R$10,000 , were issued to those responsible for the infraction. The measure is supported by the Clean City Law (14,223/2006), which does not allow the installation of banners, banners or any other element on public works of art, such as bridges, walkways, viaducts and tunnels, with the aim of drawing the public's attention to offers, products or information other than those established by law."
In short, Gabriel Rostey, urbanism researcher at FAU-USP and managing partner of CULTURB , explains that the banner is configured as an advertisement from the moment the QR CODE directs the user to the partnership between the artists.
" As the entire text is a kind of teaser, a bait to arouse people's curiosity and make them access the QR Code that communicates the musical partnership, the entire length of the track configures an advertisement in an outdoor area" , he explains.

Former player of Mais Querido mourns the death of the Pontiff, recalls messages of support and relives historic meeting at the Vatican in 2013

The death of Pope Francis , confirmed last Monday (21), generated repercussions in the sports world. Among the names that paid tribute, Ronaldinho Gaúcho stood out on social media when he remembered the Pontiff's connection with football and recalled a remarkable meeting between the two, which took place in 2013, at the Vatican. Francis, known for his passion for sports, especially football, died at the age of 88, after weeks of hospitalization.
Hi, you who taught us that in difficult times..."
About three weeks before the Argentine priest's death, Ronaldinho recorded a video for Scholas Occurrentes — an international organization created by the Pope himself — with words of affection and hope . "Hello, dear Francis. It was you who taught us that difficult times are when we need to have more faith... We are by your side. A big kiss!", said the former player in his message, which sought to strengthen the Catholic leader in his final days of life.
Soon after the Pope 's death was confirmed, internet users began sharing images of the meeting between Ronaldinho and Francis in the Clementine Hall of the Vatican's Apostolic Palace in 2013. The episode, which brought together players from Argentina and Italy, circulated again on the web and generated humorous comments among fans of the Brazilian star, who said: "I wouldn't doubt that this one will emerge in the conclave", in reference to Ronaldinho's relaxed style.
The Pope’s relationship with football went beyond the stands. He founded Scholas Occurrentes, an institution that brings together young people from different parts of the world through projects based on education, art and sport. The involvement of sports idols, such as Ronaldinho Gaúcho, helped to broaden the reach of the messages of solidarity and inclusion promoted by Francis during his papacy.
The former player, who played for Flamengo between 2011 and 2012, left his mark with 72 games and 28 goals . The star's performance at Gávea attracted thousands of fans and marked the resumption of his career in Brazil after years of prominence in European football.
