The coach of the Brazilian National Team , Dorival Júnior, led this Monday (11) the first training session in preparation for the two World Cup qualifying matches. The activity was carried out in Mangueirão, in Belém, the city chosen by the technical committee for Brazil to prepare before the clash against Venezuela, on Thursday (14) in Maturín.
The team will do three training sessions in the capital of Pará before embarking to face the Venezuelans. Maturín is about a two-hour flight from the capital of Pará. Last Monday morning, the majority of those called up presented themselves to coach Dorival Júnior. The delegation was completed at the end of the afternoon with the arrival of Abner and Raphinha.
It is worth remembering that Flamengo is represented in the Dorival National Team. This is because Gerson and Léo Ortiz are among those called up and the youngsters Vini Júnior and Paquetá, in addition to Andreas Pereira, are in the Canarian squad.

The agreement between the boards was reached after discussions over the payment method. According to reports, the Minas Gerais club will pay €3.5 million (approximately R$22.8 million) upfront for 50% of the player's economic rights. The other half will remain with the Rio de Janeiro club.
