Mal Tite was announced at Flamengo and there is already information about his behavior with the team at Ninho do Urubu. This Tuesday (10), the former coach of the Brazilian National Team had his first day in the 'office', both with the CT employees and with the players on the field. He has received so much praise that he is already ahead of Sampaoli in terms of charisma.

In addition to giving a beautiful speech to the squad before training last afternoon, which enchanted them, Tite seems to have won over the members of Mais Querido, more specifically on the technical side. And this was done with impressive speed, based on friendliness and smiles.

Tite's ease in dealing with people is even more surprising if we consider that Sampaoli left Flamengo at the end of September, after more than five months leading the team, with many problems within the club. He did not have a good relationship with the employees at the Training Center or with members of the red-black board, such as Marcos Braz and Bruno Spindel.

According to journalist Venê Casagrande, “in a few hours, Tite said more ‘good mornings’ than Sampaoli did in months”. The commentator got this information from a source who lives with the team on a daily basis. Another person even joked: “Tite is a guy who we have to get the most out of. Even when he eats lunch, I want to see how he holds the fork”, referring to the fact that he is rich in knowledge and wisdom, in addition to being extremely interesting as a human being.

However, it must be considered that charisma does not win football championships and the coach seems to be aware of this. He was announced by Flamengo this Monday (09) and, the following day (10), he was already training the team for the match against Cruzeiro that takes place in more than a week, on October 19th (Thursday) .
