The Civil Police of Rio de Janeiro managed to recover the luxury car of Flamengo striker Pedro, stolen in the early hours of last Friday (16). The vehicle, a Land Rover Defender, was taken by criminals near Complexo da Maré, on Linha Vermelha, in the North Zone of the city. The car was found near Cidade Universitária, on Ilha do Fundão, at the weekend. The vehicle has already been returned to Pedro.
On Monday afternoon (19), the athlete thanked the support he received and the work of the police officers through social media. "Friends, I would like to thank you for all your concern, help and messages. The car has already been recovered and is now with me. Thanks to the Civil Police, especially the DRFA, for all the support and quick intervention", he said.
