Gerson's transfer to Zenit in Russia is about to be completed and is already one of the biggest in Flamengo's history. The Russian club will pay a 25 million euro release clause (around R$160 million at the current exchange rate) , making the midfielder's sale the fourth highest ever made by the Rubro-Negro.

The battle for the most prestigious spot at the Sacred Mantle is between two sports betting giants: Superbet and Betano . The former already has its brand on the uniforms of São Paulo and Fluminense; the latter is a sponsor of the Copa do Brasil and the Campeonato Brasileiro , reinforcing its market share.
According to Poder360, the Flamengo board is seeking not only the highest financial value but also a solid partner with a positive image who prioritizes Flamengo in its marketing and expansion plans. The goal is to establish a strategic, stable, and long-term partnership. 7k Bet expressed interest but withdrew from the competition.
The previous contract with Pixbet provided for R$105 million in the first year, R$115 million in the second, and R$125 million in the third, plus bonuses. The amount offered by Betano has not yet been revealed. The final decision will be made by the board members next week and will determine which brand will occupy the most valuable jersey in South America in the coming days.
