Vivi Noronha, influencer and wife of MC Poze , spoke out on her social media this past Thursday (29) about the singer's arrest. The funk singer was detained by agents of the Civil Police of Rio de Janeiro and is accused of maintaining a "solid relationship" with members of the criminal faction Comando Vermelho (CV).
Through her Instagram stories, she shared a protest made by Oruam , a friend of Poze, who published a photo of the funk singer's three children with the caption: “ Explain to a child why his hero lives behind bars ”.
Vivi Noronha also pointed to persecution and prejudice as possible motivations for her husband’s arrest: “ They distract the population from what really matters. They distract them from people who really should be arrested and from the mess that Brazil is in! I have observed that the richer the poor (especially the favela dwellers) get, the more they follow them like butchers! Don’t get distracted, don’t believe the media!!! ”, she wrote.
The influencer also told her followers how the police approached her, stating that she was prevented from holding her daughter and that Poze was not allowed to put on a shirt.
“ It was humiliating, it was inhumane and it was cruel. There was no humility, there was no compassion for us, our children. That’s what you are: you take away the hope of the black people living in the favelas. You didn’t even have the minimum, which was education! ” he said.
She stated that she was sleeping at the time of her arrest and that she was not even able to change her clothes: “ I was sleeping freely, in my room, in my house, with my daughter Júlia by my side, and I couldn’t even change my clothes. My daughter was in bed and you wouldn’t even let me pick her up. That’s what you like: oppressing. You couldn’t do the least, right? Marlon put on slippers and a blouse. But shaming and humiliating counts more, right? Marlon is resistance and you are trash .”

Singer Milton Nascimento and record label Sony Music filed a lawsuit against Cruzeiro Esporte Clube, alleging the improper use of the song "Clube da Esquina nº 2". The work, written by Milton, Lô Borges and Márcio Borges , was allegedly used without authorization in a video posted on the club's social media in January 2025, during the announcement of Gabigol's signing from Flamengo.
According to information published by the newspaper O Globo, the video was produced and released by Cruzeiro without the proper authorization of the artists involved in the song's creation . Sony Music , which represents the copyright of the work, is seeking compensation for material damages, while Milton Nascimento and the Borges brothers are seeking compensation for moral damages.
The court order stipulates a sum of R$50,000 for each of the songwriters involved . Despite the good relationship between the artist and the Minas Gerais club in the recent past, the lawsuit remains ongoing due to the dispute between the parties.
In 2022, after announcing his retirement from the stage at the age of 80, Milton Nascimento was honored by Cruzeiro at a concert held at the Mineirão stadium in Belo Horizonte. On the occasion, the singer received a personalized jersey from the team and a letter describing him as " Cruzeiro's international ambassador ."

Oruam turned himself in to the police last Tuesday (22) after having an arrest warrant issued by the Court. Thus, this Wednesday (23), the rapper's fiancée, Fernanda Valença, spoke on her Instagram about the reaction of her father-in-law, Marcinho VP. The influencer highlighted that the singer's father "is not happy" with the indictment.
Oruam's bride talks about Marcinho VP's opinion: "Contrary to what many people think, my father-in-law is not happy about any of this news."
She continued: "He and my mother-in-law fought tirelessly throughout their lives for their children to change the family's destiny. However, this never stopped the constant psychological torments they faced over time ," she wrote in an excerpt.
Fernanda further reinforces MC Poze's idea by saying that the agents' intention was to "destabilize" Oruam: "At all costs, they persecute, threaten, make jokes and adopt an aggressive posture until they get what they want, which is to destabilize Mauro so that he reacts exactly the way they always criticize or point out ," she declared.
Hours before presenting himself to authorities, Oruam posted a video on social media: "I'm going to turn myself in, guys. I'm not a criminal, okay? I'm sorry to everyone I wronged, if you thought I was wrong. I'm going to bounce back and win through my music ."
The arrest warrant was issued by Judge Ane Cristine Scheele Santos. Oruam will be charged with drug trafficking, association with drug trafficking, resistance, contempt, damage, threats, and bodily harm.
