Singer Wesley Safadão, always innovative and looking for new ways to move Brazilian music, has just launched his latest project, entitled "Arrocha Safadão". The album, composed of 14 tracks, mixes new songs and reinterpretations of hits from different musical styles, and is now available on the main digital platforms and on the artist's official YouTube.
With "Arrocha Safadão", the singer delivers a gift to his fans on his birthday, celebrating his musical trajectory with a different proposal. The album features collaborations with rising artists in northeastern music, such as Heitor Costa and Natanzinho Lima, as well as a special appearance by Gusttavo Lima. The project's standout track, "Mentira Estampada", is performed alongside Natanzinho and is already catching the public's attention.
The album explores different sounds, maintaining the infectious rhythm characteristic of Wesley Safadão, and includes songs such as "Rejeita", "6 Graus Below Zero", "Batom na Camisa", "Bipolar", and the engaging "Drinking With Emergency". Among the reinterpretations, Safadão bets on nostalgia with medleys such as "Declaração / Amor Infinito" and "A Dor Desse Amor / A Lenda", bringing a special touch to songs already known by fans.

Globo has forwarded an agreement with actress Bella Campos for her to be part of the cast of the remake of "Vale Tudo", scheduled to air in April 2025 in the network's prime time. In the plot, she will be Maria de Fátima, daughter of Raquel, who in the new version will be played by Taís Araújo.
The column found that all that remains is to sign the contract. Globo is not confirming Bella yet because of this and also for strategic reasons. The company should only start talking about the remake in October.
Bella was not the favorite for the role. She only tested last month. Julia Dalavia appeared behind the scenes for the choice. However, she weighed two factors. The first was the fact that Bella was a trusted name for Paulo Silvestrini, the director responsible for the remake. They worked together in "Vai na Fé" (2023).
The second is more logical: Bella convinces the public more as Taís Araújo's daughter than Julia would, because they physically resemble each other. Bella's popularity among young audiences and her performance in recent soap operas also weighed heavily.
Bella Campos is 26 years old and is from Cuiabá, Mato Grosso. She debuted on TV in 2022 as Muda, in the remake of "Pantanal" (2022). Her performance earned her the award for best supporting actress at the 2022 Best of the Year.
Her debut was supposed to take place in 2020. She passed tests to be part of that year's season of "Malhação", which was canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The soap opera never returned to the air.
In addition to Taís Araújo and Bella Campos, names such as Cauã Reymond and Paolla Oliveira are also included in the serial's cast. Fernanda Torres negotiates to be Odete Roitman.
In its original version, "Vale Tudo" told the story of Raquel, who is abandoned by her husband and is forced to raise her daughter, the ambitious Maria de Fátima, alone. , then played by Gloria Pires. In addition to the original airing, the plot had three reruns: one on Globo in 1992 (when standards image quality requirements were not as high as from the following decade) and two others on the Viva channel, in 2010 and 2018.
In 2022, Globo even considered a rerun of the plot in Vale Pena Ver de Novo, instead of the re-exhibition of "The Clone" (2001), but the plans were scrapped.

With the release of 'Oi, vida', netizens speculate that the rivalry between Wesley Safadão and Gusttavo Lima has come to an end. This Thursday (27), the clip of the song that integrates 'Paraíso Particular', commemorative DVD of Gusttavo Lima's 15-year career, was aired.
Apparently, the rivalry between the singers would have emerged after Safadão refuse to record a song in partnership with Gusttavo in 2015, when Wesley had already gone viral. Even when Gusttavo exploded, the singer supposedly hadn't forgiven Wesley.
In an interview with Leo Dias, Safadão denies the rumors:
“I'm used to it. We lived this for a long time in the northeast with Aviões [do Forró]. There is a difference between competitors and enemies. I'm not saying that I'm Gusttavo's competitor. But people end up creating in their heads that for one to go up, another needs to go down. In my head it was never like that. My main competitor is Gusttavo and I, Gusttavo. But unfortunately, situations are created, the public adheres to it, with its role as a fan”, he clarified.
Safadão is a declared flamenguista and has already paid homage to the club in “I was born flamenguista”, a song recorded in tribute to Rubro-Negro.
