Fan members who purchase tickets for The East Inferior, East Superior, West Inferior, Maracanã Mais and South sectors and do not have an active ticket card must access the Fla Ingressos application, via a dynamic QR Code that will be generated on the day of the event.

Nação fan members with an active ticket card must access the club with their respective card. Other fans who purchase online must exchange the purchase voucher for the physical ticket at one of the exchange points - except fan members who purchase for the East Inferior, East Superior, West Inferior, Maracanã Mais and South sectors, as stated above.

Fans who purchased the Maracanã 2024 Package already have their tickets guaranteed in their shopping cart (and loaded on their ticket card, if they have an active card). Children under 12 years of age and adults of the same age are entitled to free or over 65 years old and people with disabilities and their companion.

Documents required to claim the free of charge:

Free for PCD: present original document with photo and CPF – both from the PCD and in cases where a companion is necessary, also present the companion's document –.

Rio Card proving entitlement to the benefit, social card or any other type of card will only be accepted accompanied by the original, printed medical report and valid.

Teachers from the municipal and state public schools of Rio de Janeiro, people with up to 21 years old and students of all ages taking a course recognized by the MEC. Students: School card issued by the educational institution with photo and within the validity period for the academic year and official and original identification document with photo and CPF;

Young people aged 15 to 29 belonging to low-income families : Youth Identity Card, issued by the National Youth Secretariat, and official and original identification document with photo and CPF.

IMPORTANT: Only the beneficiary himself will be able to purchase and exchange his half ticket -Prohibited. It will be mandatory to present documents proving the right to the benefit.

According to the Municipal Decree, it is established that access and stay of individuals under 15 years of age in establishments authorized to hold events must be when duly accompanied by parents or legal guardians.
