On Monday night (1), Flamengo will stay tuned for the game between Palmeiras and Corinthians, which will start at 8pm, at Allianz Parque. This is because, if the alviverde team wins, they will reach 26 points and touch Mais Querido, leaving them with one less than Rubro-Negro.

FLAMENGO'S SITUATION IN BRASILEIRÃO

With the victory of Mais Querido against Cruzeiro, Flamengo isolated themselves at the top of the Brasileirão, with 27 points. Furthermore, the round was good for the club, as Bahia and Botafogo stumbled. This Monday (1), Palmeiras closes the 13th round in a game against Corinthians, but the score of the match will not interfere with Rubro-Negro's position.

RETURNO DE PULGAR< After only drawing with Canada, Chile was eliminated in the group stage of the Copa América. Thus, Erick Pulgar is the first starter to return to Rubro-Negroand is expected in Rio de Janeiro this Tuesday (2).

FOCUS ON THE NEXT GAME

The Mais Querido squad reappeared at CT Ninho do Urubu on Monday afternoon (1), at 3pm, to begin preparations for the clash against Atlético-MG, on Wednesday (3).

So, with everyone available, Flamengo now focuses on the 14th round. Mais Querido faces Atlético-MG, on Wednesday (3), at Arena MRV, in Minas Gerais. The ball starts at 9:30 pm.

Flamengo had three of its youth players called up by coach Ramon Menezes for the Brazilian Under-20 team. The CBF announced this Friday (25th) that Iago, Rayan Lucas and Pablo will be part of the 23 athletes called up for a training period at Granja Comary, in November. With the presentation already scheduled for November 11th, the players will remain concentrated until the 19th, in a call that is part of the preparation for the category's South American Championship.

The tournament takes place in Peru, between January 23rd and February 16th, 2025, with the Seleção looking to defend the title won in 2023.

Flamengo's U20 had a year of ups and downs

Flamengo's Under-20 season has been one of ups and downs. Despite the great unprecedented achievements of the Libertadores, and the U20 Club World Cup under the command of Filipe Luís, the team reached their third elimination in the year with their elimination in the Copa do Brasil. Eliminated in the quarter-finals of the Brasileirão after a great campaign in the qualifying phase, and defeat to Vasco in the Carioca final, Mengão also said goodbye to the Copa do Brasil, being eliminated by Goiás.

Still, this generation should bear great fruit for Rubro-Negro . Names such as those called up Iago, Rayan Lucas and Pablo, in addition to Lorran and Shola, should be well used by Filipe Luís in Flamengo's professional team.

Until just over a month into the Under-20 coach, Filipe Luís knows the Ninho kids like no one else, and from 2025 can begin the logistics of transitioning athletes to professionals.
