BRUNO GAGLIASSO CELEBRATES BIRTHDAY AT FAMILY RANCH: "TURNING 30 YEARS"

On Tuesday night, the 14th, a video went viral on social media in which a delivery man vents about an alleged arrogant attitude by the singer Ludmilla. The man, whose identity was not revealed, reports that he went to make a delivery to Brunna Gonçalves, the artist's wife, and Ludmilla refused to take the order directly from him.

According to the delivery man, upon arriving at the couple's residence in Alphaville, Ludmilla got out of the car, looked at it and didn't take the order, calling the housekeeper to serve it. In the video, the man criticizes the singer's stance, claiming that he doesn't earn millionaire fees like her and that his work depends on the number of deliveries made.

In response to the accusations, Brunna Gonçalves, through her stories on Instagram clarified what happened by showing images from security cameras. The dancer explained that she was absent at the time of delivery, and that the person responsible for receiving orders at the house is the employee Neth, not Ludmilla.

Brunna highlighted the importance of the residence's safety standards and celebrated having video evidence that disproves the delivery man's claims. She highlighted that the person who passed by the delivery man and didn't pick up the order was not Ludmilla, but someone else who doesn't live there.

The episode generated repercussions on social media, dividing opinions among internet users about the conduct of the singer and dancer. Ludmilla has not yet publicly commented on the case.

The lawyers responsible for representing Day McCarthy left the socialite's legal team last week. The influencer, accused by Bruno Gagliasso of insults and racism after insulting Titi, the actor's 10-year-old daughter, lost members of her defense after the first hearing of the case.

Gagliasso appeared, on Thursday (9), at the First Federal Criminal Court of Rio de Janeiro for the first hearing of the case, which has been ongoing since 2017. McCarthy was present via videoconference, as lives abroad, and admitted on Instagram Stories that she "ordered everyone to get fucked, and left the hearing."

She also stated that she had insulted the judge responsible for the case, accusing him of " Firstly, I’m not going to accept insults from any son of a bitch, nor from a magistrate. For my sake, fuck you! You can send Interpol after me for slander and defamation, but I didn’t do anything!”, he complained.

After Day's controversial statements - including accusations that Giovanna Ewbank, the actor's wife, was laundering money for criminal factions in São Paulo - lawyers Gil Ortuzal and Karla Kamila left McCarthy's defense.

"The decision was taken immediately after having access to the videos posted by the then client", states the magistrate "Considering that the right to full defense is a constitutional guarantee for any citizen, we accept Mrs. Day McCarthy on the condition of genuine repentance with a public apology to the victim and his family (...) but events during and after the criminal hearing left the situation untenable."

The lawyer said he had abandoned the case, but will continue to represent Day until the end of the process due to deadlines. "She perfectly understood our decision, and expressed regret, mainly because we were making a technical, cohesive defense that was well aligned with her. After the sentence, the client must hire new defenders", he concludes.
