The sale of a mansion in Rio de Janeiro, valued at R$ 25 million, generated a legal conflict between actor Bruno Gagliasso, the player Paolo Guerrero and the real estate agent Marco Antônio Pinheiro. The house, which was home to Gagliasso and his wife, influencer Giovanna Ewbank, was sold to the Peruvian striker, but the transaction generated disagreements over the payment of the broker's commission.
According to a report from Domingo Espetacular, shown last Sunday (17), Marco Antônio Pinheiro claims that he brokered the sale of the mansion, having negotiated directly with the parties involved in the business.
The broker states that, despite having completed the negotiation, he did not receive the agreed commission, in the amount of R$3 million. The property was sold by Paolo Guerrero, former Flamengo, Corinthians and Internacional, but the transaction generated disagreements about Marco Antônio's participation.
THE SALE STORY

Initially, the plan was to sell only the land where there was a football field. However, Marco Antônio managed to find a buyer: striker Paolo Guerrero. In June, the sale price was agreed at R$23 million, with a down payment of R$10 million. However, according to the broker, Guerrero had lost interest in the mansion, and, shortly after, he was informed that the house had been sold by another broker.
BRUNO'S DEFENSE GAGLIASSO
In response to the accusations, Bruno Gagliasso's defense denied that the broker Marco Antônio was responsible for the sale of the property. Lawyer José Luis de Oliveira Lima explained that the broker only had an initial approach, but that the sale was carried out by another professional. “The sale of this property was not carried out with the broker Marco. Six months later, this house is put up for sale in a real estate agency, and a broker trusted by the player carries out the transaction”, stated the lawyer.
PAOLO GUERRERO'S VERSION
Player Paolo Guerrero also took a stance on the case, refuting Marco Antônio's allegations. The attacker stated that the property was offered by several brokers, and he chose to close the deal with another professional. Guerrero highlighted that, contrary to what was said, it was not the broker Marco Antônio who brokered the sale.

The mansion in question is located in the Itanhangá neighborhood, in the west zone of Rio de Janeiro, in a condominium surrounded by nature and overlooking Pedra da Gávea. The property measures 3,000 square meters and has seven bedrooms, five suites, swimming pool, football field, garage for ten cars, as well as a garden with a dry sauna and whirlpool.

Singer Milton Nascimento and record label Sony Music filed a lawsuit against Cruzeiro Esporte Clube, alleging the improper use of the song "Clube da Esquina nº 2". The work, written by Milton, Lô Borges and Márcio Borges , was allegedly used without authorization in a video posted on the club's social media in January 2025, during the announcement of Gabigol's signing from Flamengo.
