0O Flamengo continues to be one of the most active clubs in the football market, but there is strategic issues that directly impact the team's ability to make major signings, especially the uncertainty about who will be president in 2025. Meanwhile, speculations arise, but many of these negotiations may not move forward until the club's political scenario is clear. p>
Currently, the club is going through a transition phase, with the current management focused on completing its mandate. The proximity of the electoral period in Flamengo brings uncertainty behind the scenes, directly affecting long-term planning. This includes possible agreements for reinforcements, which are limited to specific or short-term movements.
FLAMENGO HAS NEW MODEL MANAGEMENT
One of the critical factors for hiring players in 2025 is the definition of the next president. Without this clarity, any attempt at negotiation may not materialize, as agreements signed by unelected candidates tend to be discarded by the new management. This creates a scenario where candidates can even promise reinforcements, but without guarantee of execution.
A DYNAMIC AND AN INTELLIGENT SYSTEM FROM THE CLUB
Faced with these uncertainties, Flamengo adopts a cautious stance in the market. Movements to reinforce the team continue to focus on signings already aligned with the current management or on negotiations that do not compromise the club's financial planning for the next term. This care is necessary to avoid problems of continuity between administrations.
For 2025, Flamengo will face important challenges, and the choice of A new president will be decisive for the success of future negotiations. Until then, the focus must remain on the search for stability and maintaining the team's competitive level with the current squad. The fans await definitions both behind the scenes and on the field.
With a well-structured plan, Flamengo hopes to reap the rewards of this investment in 2025

The plan drawn up by the technical committee aims to integrate Alcaraz into varied game situations, providing experiences that increase his tactical and emotional maturity.
Um One of the main points of the strategy is to ensure that the Argentine receives consistent minutes on the field. Filipe Luís, who has gone through similar processes throughout his career, highlighted in an interview the importance of giving time and space to the athlete. "He needs a sequence to fit in better and show his football", said the full-back and current coach of the club, recognizing Alcaraz's potential as a key player for Flamengo's future.
< b>ALCARAZ WILL HAVE AN ENVYABLE 2025
Alcaraz's playing time management is also aligned with planning general cast. With marathon competitions, player rotation is essential to avoid burnout. However, the priority is to give the Argentine high-intensity games that test his skills and ability to adapt. The expectation is that, at the end of the season, Alcaraz will have evolved in technical aspects and game reading, strengthening the red-black midfieldo.
PARAGRAPH 5
Another relevant factor is the role of his teammates and the coaching staff in Alcaraz's evolution. Filipe Luís, as a mentor, has been an important figure, offering guidance on and off the field. Furthermore, coach Jorge Sampaoli, who has already worked with young talents, is committed to exploring the best characteristics of the Argentine player. The joint work aims not only at Alcaraz's individual success, but also at the positive impact on Flamengo's collective performance.
With medical monitoring and the available structure, the forecast is positive, but the scenario remains under observation.
