Libra's contract with Globo, concluded in March this year, provides for the payment of R$1.3 billion for the sale of broadcasting rights of the bloc's clubs' matches in 2025. However, this amount may be reduced if specific contractual conditions are not met. One of them is the maintenance of at least nine Libra clubs in Series A.
Today, the Libra has guaranteed the elite clubs Bahia, Flamengo, Grêmio, Palmeiras, Santos, São Paulo and Vitória. As a result, the group has only eight confirmed representatives in the 2025 Series A. The definition of the last relegated player on Sunday will be decisive in determining whether the contract maintains its full value or is reduced.

The relegation scenarios directly involve Atlético-MG and Red Bull Bragantino, both members of Libra. If one of them drops to Series B, the block will not reach the minimum number required by the broadcast contract, resulting in lost revenue for the associated clubs.
REDUCTION IN CONTRACT
The financial impact is not unprecedented. In 2024, Libra has already suffered a 10% reduction in the initial contract, due to the departure of Corinthians to join the Liga Forte Futebol (LFU). A new cut would represent a significant additional loss, exceeding R$100 million. The balance between Libra and LFU gains relevance with the risk of relegation involving second league clubs. Athletico-PR and Fluminense, from the LFU, are also threatened with falling.
For Libra to reach the minimum number, it would be necessary for both to be demoted, keeping Atlético- MG and Bragantino in Série A. The relegation scenario could also impact future negotiations. Clubs Series A are more attractive to sponsors and other sources of revenue, which reinforces the importance of maintaining competitiveness between blocks.
The match at Alfredo Jaconi at 4pm this Sunday (14) brings together fans' expectations and even spiritual predictions about the teams' performance.

On Sunday afternoon (14), at 4 pm (Brasília time), Juventude and Flamengo take to the field at the Alfredo Jaconi stadium , in Caxias do Sul, for the 23rd round of the Brazilian Championship . In the previous duel for the competition, Rubro-Negro drew with Grêmio 1-1, at Maracanã, and seeks to find the way to victories away from home.
Due to its relevance, the matchup has even sparked curiosity in the esoteric world. Luiz Filho, a well-known psychic from the YouTube channel "Renascer das Cartas," performed a deck reading for the match. According to him, Juventude " holds the Death card, a powerful card that symbolizes change and strategy, but also highlights potential flaws and mistakes in home plays ."
On the other hand, the team led by Filipe Luís received the "Hanged Man's card." For the seer, this means that the Mais Querido team "will not change its attacking style, but will act more cautiously and will need to work on its emotional side to avoid mistakes."
RECENT RECORDS
In the first round of the Brasileirão, Flamengo thrashed Juventude 6-0. Now, the team from Rio Grande do Sul is looking to maintain its strong record against the Rio de Janeiro team. "Mais Querido" needs a win to remain comfortably at the top of the table.
After facing Juventude this Sunday (13), Mengão faces Estudiantes for the Copa Libertadores . The match will be valid for the first leg of the quarterfinals of the competition, held at Maracanã.
With a dominant performance and three goals from Vitor Roque, the São Paulo team reaches the same 21 games as the leader and is close to the top of the Brazilian Championship

Palmeiras gave Internacional no chance and won 4-1 this Saturday (13), in a match valid for the Brazilian Championship. The big name of the night was striker Vitor Roque , who scored three goals. With the result, the São Paulo team reaches the same 21 games as the leader Flamengo and puts itself in the fight for the top of the table.
From the opening whistle, Abel Ferreira's team exerted intense pressure and opened the scoring after just three minutes. After a corner kick, Felipe Anderson pounced on the loose ball and passed it to Vitor Roque, who finished with precision past goalkeeper Rochet .
The home team's dominance continued intensely. In the 23rd minute, a solo play by Flaco López found the ball in the path of Facundo Torres, who found Vitor Roque again to extend the lead . Five minutes later, in the 28th minute, Lucas Evangelista pounced on a rebound from Felipe Anderson's shot following a short corner kick to score the third goal for the Green and Whites.
Before halftime, in the 42nd minute, Vitor Roque shone once again, completing a pass from Gustavo Gómez and scoring Palmeiras' fourth goal, making it 4-0 in the first half. In the second half, with victory virtually assured, Palmeiras slowed down. Internacional, which had produced little up until then, managed to pull one back in the 26th minute.
With this result, Palmeiras reaches the same 21-game streak as the leader and reinforces its position as the main contender for the title. Vitor Roque's performance boosts the squad's confidence for the rest of the season.
The Superior Court of Sports Justice has authorized the number 27 to play until the appeal is heard; the striker, however, is not expected to face Juventude.

The Superior Court of Sports Justice (STJD) granted this Saturday (13) a suspensive effect to striker Bruno Henrique, punished with a 12-match suspension in a case related to betting manipulation . The decision frees the athlete to play for Mais Querido until the appeal filed by the defense is analyzed by the Court's Plenary.
The ruling cites article 53, § 4, of Law No. 9,615/1998 and article 147-B, item II , of the Brazilian Code of Sports Justice (CBJD), determining the suspension of the effects of the penalty until the final judgment.
Despite the legal relief, the number 27 should not enter the field this Sunday (14), against Juventude , for the 23rd round of the Brazilian Championship. Flamengo reported that the athlete presented pain after training on Saturday and will undergo a load control to be in better conditions for the clash on Thursday (18), against Estudiantes, for the Copa Libertadores .
If the full court upholds the 12-game penalty, the suspension will be served exclusively in Brazilian Championship matches. To extend the punishment to other competitions, such as international tournaments, the STJD Prosecutor's Office would need to issue a specific notification.
In a statement, Clube de Regatas do Flamengo emphasized that granting the suspension guarantees the striker's full playing status until the court reviews the case. The statement also mentioned that dissenting votes in the 1st Disciplinary Committee indicated the possible statute of limitations on the sentence.
