Carolina Dieckmann caught the attention of her fans this week when she updated her name on social media, now presenting herself as Carolina Dieckmmann, with an extra "M" in her surname. The news sparked speculation among followers about the origin and reason for her new surname.
The change is not just an aesthetic or artistic choice: It is linked to numerology, a practice that assigns numerical values to letters and argues that these numbers can affect aspects such as energy, luck and harmony in personal life and career. Carolina did not go into much detail, but said that the decision was based on this conviction.
The change quickly went viral, with fans praising the choice and highlighting how happy Carolina seems in her latest appearances. It is worth remembering that the actress, at 45 years old, continues to act in soap operas and series, in addition to maintaining advertising partnerships and great digital engagement, totaling more than 8 million followers on Instagram.
Interestingly, this movement of adopting or including the partner's surname is not uncommon among celebrities, but it always arouses great curiosity among the public. Cases such as actresses Paolla Oliveira, for example, added an extra "L" to her name, Alinne Moraes gained an extra "N" and Sheron Menezzes reinforced the "Z".
On air as Leila in the remake of Vale Tudo, Carolina Dieckmann spoke about the opportunities she missed on TV because she had a 'rich face'. Despite having seen doors open for her due to her beauty, the artist, who is white, thin, blonde and has blue eyes, says she suffers prejudice for being the way she is.
The controversial statement was made during the actress's participation in Conversa Vai, Conversa Vem, from the newspaper O Globo. "I've lost roles. There's a great story about a test I was going to do for a character who would be a cook in the community, but the writer said: 'no, you don't look like a cook'", she recalled.
