Former Flamengo player, Willians was arrested and is considered a fugitive from justice due to a debt daughter's alimony. The midfielder, who was Brazilian champion with Flamengo in 2009, is being sued by the child's mother.


The amounts would reach R$700,000. Currently, the player lives in Portugal with his wife and another daughter. He also responds for emotional abandonment. In contact with RECORD production, Willians' defense acknowledged the debt, but disputed the amounts.


According to the defense, he was waiting to receive back wages from a club to fulfill his obligation. Willians played for some of the biggest clubs in Brazil, such as Internacional, Cruzeiro and Corinthians, and also for Udinese, in Italy, but it was at Flamengo that he stood out the most.


WILLIANS STAND OUT AT FLAMENGO

Willians came to football at Santo André, being one of the team's highlights in 2007 and 2008. His good performance took the player to Flamengo, where he stayed for four seasons, playing alongside great players such as Ronaldinho Gaúcho, Adriano Imperador, Petkovic, Kleberson, Vagner Love, among others.


By Rubro-negro won the 2009 Brasileirão, as well as two editions of the Cariocão. In 2013 he transferred to Udinese, in Italy. He returned in the same year to defend Internacional, where he was two-time Gauchão champion. In 2015 he arrived at Cruzeiro and in 2016 he wore the Corinthians shirt.
