Landim had changed the athletes' uniform options, even after those who would be used had already been established. This is an error, from the point of view of the red-black statute. In this way, the advisor spared no criticism of the president of the Deliberative Council, Antonio Alcides, who did not impose himself and placed limits on the club's representative.

All these complaints and accusations were made in an interview with 'Coluna do Fla', in one of the portal's programs. Among the things said, Rodriguez said that Alcides was 'loose'. The insult was what motivated the president's punitive reaction.

In an email sent this Wednesday, Túlio was informed by the presidency of the Board of Directors of the provisional suspension of 15 days, during which he cannot visit the Gávea headquarters. Therefore, the advisor cannot participate in the meeting of the Deliberative Council this Thursday (14), in which a large vote took place, including the future of Landim at Mengão.

The Board of Directors, however, it did not say which article Tulio had infringed with the comment. The journalist, in turn, appointed a lawyer and requested the information from the Board of Directors, but received no response.

The t-shirt that started all this confusion was the third of the 2023 season. The Manto was officially launched , just last week. The simple model had been approved by the Deliberative Council, but its variant with the red stripe, which will be the one that will go to the field, was not even among the options presented. The players have not yet debuted the uniform.
