Law student Gabriela Nascimento accuses Jojo Todynho of having assaulted her. In this way, she detailed how the fight began that led to the singer being denounced by the Public Ministry of Rio. According to the young woman, the confusion began in the classroom.
“A student asked if she had gone to class and I I replied no. Afterwards, I realized that she was and said yes. When the class ended, she came to me and asked why I wanted to know if she was going to class or not going to class”, the presenter's classmate told Record.
Gabriela claims to have felt embarrassed by Jojo's approach, who continued to argue outside the college: “I was going to go straight past and go home, but when I was passing by, she was on the stairs and said: 'Gossip girl'. And we started an argument”, she said.
“I was very coerced because it was crowded, everyone was looking at me, she was coming at me with her finger in my face and shouting. I got nervous and started talking loud too. That's when she put her finger in my face, I told her to take it off several times. When I pulled away, she came and slapped me”, concluded Gabriela.
JOJO IS BEING DENOUNCED IN THE MP-RJ
After the confusion, the singer was indicted by the MP-RJ. Gabriela filed a lawsuit against Jojo, as she claims to have been attacked by her in the argument. Furthermore, witnesses and security cameras would have corroborated this version of the story, resulting in the complaint.
According to information from the Quem portal, in the MP-RJ's criminal transaction proposal, Jojo Todynho will have to pay R$5,000.00 in basic food baskets, including cleaning food products. Payment can be made in up to five installments. In addition, community services were provided for a period of 80 hours, which must be completed within a maximum of 90 days.
Rio de Janeiro court rules that Cruzmaltino can host the classic in its stadium, with fans, suspending Bepe's previous veto

The Rio de Janeiro Court granted this Monday (08) an injunction authorizing the classic between Vasco and Flamengo , scheduled for April 19, in São Januário, in a duel valid for the 2025 Brazilian Championship .
The measure, issued by Judge Regina Lúcia Chuqer de Almeida Costa de Castro Lima, of the 6th Public Treasury Court, responds to a class action lawsuit filed by Pedro de Menezes Reis and Marcus Vinicius Reis. The decision suspends the effects of the veto previously imposed by the Specialized Stadium Policing Battalion (Bepe).
The easy way out is 'stop doing it..."
In her decision, the judge points out that BEPE “refuses to use all its energy to benefit the service, simply opting for the easy way out of ‘not doing anything ’, with an apparent abandonment of the enthusiasm, authority and efficiency that the institution demands”. She argues that technical limitations cannot prevent the use of a stadium considered a historical, cultural and tourist heritage site of the city.
With the injunction, the Vasco club once again has the right to decide where the match will take place, and may maintain its home ground at São Januário. The presence of Vasco fans is guaranteed, while the presence of the visiting team will depend on a well-founded technical assessment . The decision also reinforces the understanding that the previous veto violated principles linked to Rio's sporting tradition.
Lawyer Marcus Vinicius Reis said in an interview with ge that the action seeks to preserve fundamental values of the sport. “ Vasco is a heritage of Rio de Janeiro and Brazil. It’s not just about a game, but about respect for the history, the fans and the freedom to exercise their passion in the place that is their home,” he said. According to him, Rio de Janeiro football needs decisions that value its history and identity.

Influencer Tainá Castro responded on Monday (7) to an accusation made by an internet user who accused her husband, Éder Militão, of denying money to their daughter, Cecília, the result of his relationship with Karoline Lima. She was also called ugly by the internet user. It is worth remembering that Tainá was married to Léo Pereira, Karol's current boyfriend.
" If a man like that denies money to his own daughter, what does a woman like that expect at the end of the relationship? Because we know that this is just a matter of elbows being joined together (laughs). It's a good thing that two beautiful and two ugly ones ended up together. Each one deserves the pair they have, " said the internet user.
Outraged by the comment, Tainá made a point of responding: " You don't know 10% about anything! When the story is sold and told by only one of the parties, manipulable people give in ."
She also responded to the comment about her physical appearance: " And another thing, you coming to my profile to put me down says a lot more about you than about me. That's irresponsible and I think you're running out of time ," Tainá responded.
Karoline Lima and Éder Militão separated in July 2022, days before the birth of their daughter, Cecília. The separation has been marked by legal battles, where the influencer claims that the Real Madrid defender has made it difficult for her to pay child support.
Tainá, on the other hand, separated from Léo Pereira, from Flamengo, in 2023. The couple has two children, Helena and Matteo. She accused the defender of Mais Querido of not fulfilling installments related to pensions and other financial agreements. He would have taken legal action to prevent his ex from moving to Spain, where Militão lives, with her children.
