JOJO IS BEING DENOUNCED IN THE MP-RJAfter the confusion, the singer was indicted by the MP-RJ. Gabriela filed a lawsuit against Jojo, as she claims to have been attacked by her in the argument. Furthermore, witnesses and security cameras would have corroborated this version of the story, resulting in the complaint.
According to information from the Quem portal, in the MP-RJ's criminal transaction proposal, Jojo Todynho will have to pay R$5,000.00 in basic food baskets, including cleaning food products. Payment can be made in up to five installments. In addition, community services were provided for a period of 80 hours, which must be completed within a maximum of 90 days.
