Law student Gabriela Nascimento accuses Jojo Todynho of having assaulted her. In this way, she detailed how the fight began that led to the singer being denounced by the Public Ministry of Rio. According to the young woman, the confusion began in the classroom.
“A student asked if she had gone to class and I I replied no. Afterwards, I realized that she was and said yes. When the class ended, she came to me and asked why I wanted to know if she was going to class or not going to class”, the presenter's classmate told Record.
Gabriela claims to have felt embarrassed by Jojo's approach, who continued to argue outside the college: “I was going to go straight past and go home, but when I was passing by, she was on the stairs and said: 'Gossip girl'. And we started an argument”, she said.
“I was very coerced because it was crowded, everyone was looking at me, she was coming at me with her finger in my face and shouting. I got nervous and started talking loud too. That's when she put her finger in my face, I told her to take it off several times. When I pulled away, she came and slapped me”, concluded Gabriela.
JOJO IS BEING DENOUNCED IN THE MP-RJ
After the confusion, the singer was indicted by the MP-RJ. Gabriela filed a lawsuit against Jojo, as she claims to have been attacked by her in the argument. Furthermore, witnesses and security cameras would have corroborated this version of the story, resulting in the complaint.
According to information from the Quem portal, in the MP-RJ's criminal transaction proposal, Jojo Todynho will have to pay R$5,000.00 in basic food baskets, including cleaning food products. Payment can be made in up to five installments. In addition, community services were provided for a period of 80 hours, which must be completed within a maximum of 90 days.
