The professional team only returns to the field on Thursday (11), but this Wednesday (10) also has a good Flamengo game in store for the fans to watch. This is the U20 team, led by Filipe Luís. Mengão plays the 13th round of the championship against Athletico-PR looking to move up the table.

Time and where to watch Flamengo x Athletico- PR for the Brasileirão U20

The game takes place in Gávea, and is scheduled for 3pm (Brasília time). To watch, simply tune in to Fla TV, the club's official YouTube channel, which broadcasts the match. The broadcast is exclusive.

Game refereeing

The CBF has already selected the referee for the match and decided that João Marques Gonçalves will be the one to referee the game. Furthermore, Victor Augusto Camões and Lucas Castro dos Santos will be João's assistants in the match.

Flamengo seeks to climb the table

Filipe Luís' team they only have 19 points, 11 behind Palmeiras, who lead the competition. The team is seventh in the Brasileirão. It is worth remembering, however, that the top eight placed qualify for the knockout stages, and that is the objective of Mais Querido, who can become champions by playing in the knockout phases.

To do this, it is necessary to maintain among the top eight. Last year, the final in Volta Redonda, with on-site coverage by MRN, had Flamengo champion beating Palmeiras, on penalties. Athletico-PR, in turn, has 21 points and is fighting at the top of the table.

Mengão won the last game against Athletico for the Under-20s

In the last meeting between Flamengo and Athletico, Mais Querido came out on top, winning 4-1. In other words, the chances of winning are good. In addition, there are 11 clashes between teams in the category, with five victories for Rubro-Negro from Rio and four for Paraná, as well as two draws.

Probable lineup for Flamengo

The team is not the same as the 3-0 victory over Bangu in the Carioca U20. This is because Raphael Bahia works with the U20 B team in the competition. In the Brasileirão, Filipe Luís commands the main athletes in this base division. In addition to names like Iago and Carbone, who have already appeared in the professional ranks, as well as goalkeeper Dyogo Alves, Shola is also one of the big names. See Flamengo's likely lineup:

Dyogo Alves; Daniel Dales, Iago, João Souza, Carbone; Jean Carlos, Rayan Lucas, Felipe Teresa and Guilherme; Shola and Welinton.

Athletico's probable lineup:

Voronov; João Gomes, Fábio Lucas, Marcos Maia, Léo Deril; Arthur Dias, Diogo Riquelme, Lucca Prior, Chqueti; Guilherme Back and Lucas Amorim.

Filipe Luís plays his third game in the category

Filipe Luís' debut was not good in the Under-20s, and the team lost to Fortaleza 3-0. But the recovery was quick. Against Bahia, Shola scored twice in the 2-0 victory. This will be the coach's third match in the category.
