0Flamengo is planning for 2024 and one topic has been very important for next year, contract renewals. This is because some players end their ties with Flamengo on December 31, 2023. This is the case of midfielder Everton Ribeiro, who is awaiting renewal. In this sense, it seems that the ending is happy between the club and the player.
According to information from YouTuber Paparazzo Rubro-negro, Flamengo and Éverton Ribeiro reach an agreement for renewal until December 2024. The club has not yet officially confirmed , but sources linked to the player guarantee that the red-and-black captain will remain for next season.
The 34-year-old midfielder received inquiries from some Brazilian clubs, but chose to stay at Flamengo. The player's family was waiting for the contract to be renewed.
It is worth remembering that last weekend, after a 'marathon' of training during the week, the Flamengo squad received a day off this Sunday (15). Taking advantage of the day off, midfielder Everton Ribeiro attended a child's birthday that took place at Maracanã.
Through the networks, Marília Nery, Everton Ribeiro's wife, shared videos and images of the party that took place in a space close to the Maracanã lawn. In the publications, Flamengo's number 7 appeared playing with his sons Guto and Antônio, surrounded by other children.
The teams play the first game of the quarterfinals at 7 p.m.

Little Totói sang one of the songs used by Flamengo fans to mock Botafoguenses

0Last Sunday night (5), Botafogo and Bahia faced each other at the Nilton Santos stadium in the fifth round of the Brasileirão and the Bahian team beat Flamengo's rival. After the match, a video of Totói, son of former Flamengo player Everton Ribeiro, went viral on social media.
In the video in question, Totói appears singing the famous song that Flamengo fans use to make fun of Botafoguenses, who are considered as the "crying team": “and no one can shut up this crying person, the president is crying, the whole team is crying, the fans are crying.”
