Gabriel Skinner will be the new Administration and Logistics manager at Flamengo. This return marks his third spell at the club. He has already played relevant roles on other occasions, including periods between 2006 and 2015, when he was an analyst and marketing manager, as well as football supervisor between 2019 and 2023. Despite being dismissed in February last year, Skinner returns with the mission of modernizing the administrative area and strengthening red-black logistics.
With a consolidated career at Flamengo, Skinner is recognized for his expertise in football management and administrative operations. Dekko Roisman now assumes the position of Institutional Relations manager.

Both Skinner and Roisman played important roles during the first mandate of Rodolfo Landim. The decision to bring them back reflects the board's confidence in their ability to contribute to the club's strategic objectives.This choice seeks to boost administrative performance and consolidate efficient management.
