FLAMENGO LAUNCHES FLA-CHIP WITH CELL PHONE PLAN WITH UP TO 20GB INTERNET FOR R$20

Mais Querido's virtual mobile phone service, created in 2022 in partnership with Surf Telecom

Fla-chip, Flamengo's virtual mobile phone service, created in 2022 in partnership with Surf Telecom, the largest MVNO in Brazil, has a promotional offer for new customers who sign up to a cell phone plan of up to 20 GB of internet.

Normally, the package costs R$30 per month, where the customer can have up to 20 data allowances, which are distributed as follows: 6 GB of the plan + 2 GB of recharge program + 2 GB for portability and 10 GB for fan membership. With the promotion, the plan now costs R$20. Among the benefits included in the plan are unlimited calls, cumulative internet (does not expire at the end of the current month) and included access to the WhatsApp and Skeelo applications.

To join the plan, the consumer purchases the Fla-chip, which is different from the conventional SIM, as the company uses the so-called eSIM, which is the virtual chip and can be activated in a few minutes without leaving home. It is worth noting that the R$20 GB offer is only valid for the first month of acquisition and for new customers. In other words, from the second onwards, the value returns to R$ 30.

There are two other Fla-chip plan options: plans up to 35 GB and up to 45 GB.

35 GB Plan: 10 GB of the plan + 5 GB of scheduled recharge + 5 GB of portability + 10 GB for fan partners and 5 GB for FlaTV+ subscribers, for R$40 per month, without loyalty.

45 GB Plan: 16 GB of the plan + 7 GB of scheduled recharge + 7 GB of portability + 10 GB for member-fans and 5 GB for FlaTV+ subscribers, for R$ 50 per month, without loyalty, in addition to access included with WhatsApp, Skello and Waze.

It is worth noting that Fla-chip is an MVNO type, that is, a virtual mobile network operator. This means that it does not have a concession of frequency spectrum for use, or even a tower or antennas. In other words, your mobile coverage depends on the infrastructure of a traditional operator, in this case, TIM.

Luiz Eduardo Baptista will launch his candidacy for the presidency of Flamengonext Monday (9). Among the news that will be released, in addition to the Government Plan, are the names of some possible vice-presidents who will join your board in case of victory. One of the names is already known: Flávio Willeman, who could resume his position as legal vice-president of the club.

Flávio Willeman was even approached to be a presidential candidate by the opposition, he chose to support BAP . The leader's name was also mentioned to occupy the position of general VP on the ticket, in addition to being listed as presidential candidate for the Deliberative Council.

FLÁVIO WILLEMAN'S RESUME

Flávio Willeman is a lawyer , with a PhD in Law from the Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) and a master’s degree from Universidade Cândido Mendes. He has served as Attorney for the State of Rio de Janeiro since 2000 and was appointed deputy attorney general of the State in 2021.

Flávio was legal vice-president of Flamengo during the two terms of Eduardo Bandeira de Mello (2013 - 2018). During his management, Mais Querido faced more than 500 labor actions, a number that was reduced to just 52 when he left office.

However, the former president of Mais Querido, Márcio Braga, fears that Rubro-Negro's new home will harm the club. During the launch of Mengo's presidential candidate Maurício Gomes de Mattos, Márcio raised his tone and issued warnings about possible damage that the work at the Gasometer could cause.

"What they are planning for us at Flamengo is unacceptable. They are deceiving us. What is happening in Flamengo is dangerous. Secondly, they are not deceiving. : we cannot dream of a stadium without an economic and financial project for its construction", said Márcio Braga.

"The other day, at the Deliberative Council meeting, (Rodrigo) Tostes came close to me and he said that Flamengo will not be able to handle this. Look at the danger we are experiencing. All of this, have no doubt about what I am saying, a situation is being prepared that will make Flamengo unviable for the construction of the stadium and the transformation of the club into a club.
