Flamengo is determined to bring back Lucas Paquetá and, to this end, maintains a constant dialogue with West Ham. The Rio club's objective is to convince the English to release the player, but so far, the team's response London has been negative. After Paquetá's return to West Ham, negotiations did not progress, as the English did not want to give up the midfielder.

Flamengo's interest in Paquetá is not new. Since the player began facing legal issues in England, the Rio club has been monitoring the situation closely. The idea of bringing the midfielder back to Gávea gained strength with the possibility of him spending a period away from European football. This break would be an opportunity for Flamengo to reinforce its squad with an athlete of proven quality and with a strong emotional connection with the club and the fans.

FLAMENGO HAS A NEW NEGOTIATION MODEL< /p>

Despite Paquetá's desire to return and Flamengo's insistence, West Ham has been firm in its position. The English club does not want to lose a player they consider essential for the season. Paquetá is a key player in the team, and his departure would represent a significant loss for the Hammers, especially at a time when the club is looking to consolidate its position in the Premier League.

On the other hand, Flamengo knows that to complete Paquetá's return it will be necessary to overcome the barriers imposed by West Ham. This may include an attractive financial offer, which convinces the English to give up on the player, even temporarily. Furthermore, Flamengo counts on the player's desire to return to Brazil as an asset in the negotiation.

Paquetá's possible arrival at Flamengo also brings up discussions about the impact he could have on the team. The midfielder, who has refined technical characteristics and a different vision of the game, could raise Flamengo's level of competitiveness, making it even stronger in national and international competitions. Furthermore, his identification with the club and the support of the fans would be motivating factors for him to stand out on the field.

In March 2022, Tite made it clear that he would not remain as coach of the Brazilian team, and the decision was made before the World Cup, held in November of that year. This departure left the team in a complicated situation, without an effective coach for a long period.

During this time, Ramon Menezes took over as interim coach, a temporary solution while the management of CB F was looking for a permanent replacement. This transition process proved to be longer than expected, reflecting a lack of planning and strategic vision on the part of Brazilian football's highest entity.

FLAMENGO WILL HAVE NEWS IN ITS CONFIGURATION

The decision to bring in an interim coach with -copa-america" target="_blank"> validity period of one year proved to be an uncertain and short-term choice. Even before completing this period, the management decided to dismiss him and hire Dorival, who is now starting his work at the head of the national team. The impact of this turbulent transition is clear: the Brazilian team lost at least a year and a half in a World Cup cycle that is, naturally, shorter. This lost time can have significant consequences on the team's preparation and performance for upcoming international tournaments.
